Right, so it appears that people in the US put a lot of value on perfectly aligned teeth, so much so that the average kid ends up getting braces for purely aesthetic reasons, while the rest of the world doesn't seem nearly as obsessed, not even the British. *
On the other hand, it appears that in Japan crooked teeth are something of an attractive feature. They're called yaeba, and apparently there's a bit of a following for them.
Personally, I couldn't give a flying fuck about someone's teeth so long as they appear healthy and they don't look like a hurricane struck or anything.
Then again, I've always been a stickler for "imperfections" in the shape of a person's face, for example, I like the diagonal alignment of Paul McCartney's eyes (◊ ◊*
) which few people except for those obsessed with the replacement conspiracy seem to have noticed anyway.
While I won't agree that yaeba adds a significant amount attractiveness (with the special exception of pointy canines, which I do agree look cute), I will agree that mildly crooked teeth don't take away from a person's appearance and most people's teeth look fine the way they are.

Banned entirely for telling FE that he was being rude and not contributing to the discussion.
