Having finished a huge archive binge and set up a tv tropes wiki for this aawesome webcomic, I figured I should set up a forum topic. So who else reads this? What do you think of the new protagonists? Do you find the whole quest arcas brilliant as I did?

Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.

I enjoy it a great deal, although I have trouble sometimes with the willing suspension of disbelief in regards to how the world depicted came to exist.

Well yes there is no denying, this webcomic is simply brilliant with the cast! I personally believe in the kind of protagonists those are promising, powerful and prefect. May sound unrealistic but at least webcomics can afford to create such illuision cool

If there is a moderator willing to help, please DO help! The thread title needs to be merged into one word.

Regarding the actual webcomic. It appeals to me personally, because I am a firm believer that you don't have to be realistic to be serious. Despite being a cartoon, there is also plenty of drama. There is your usual death, depression, alcoholism, suicide, homicide, politics, magicians from other dimensions, futuristic technology, World War 3, genocide, brainwashing, reincarnation... I love how Aaron (the author) isn't afraid to include everything including the kitchen sink into the story, regardless of what genre the idea falls into. There is so much, and all of it somehow fits perfectly in a cartoon world.

GOD I LOVE IT!

P.S. With how crazy the story can get at times, it is fun to take certain panels out of context and show people.

Wow... nobody here reads it, do you?

Short summary of past events in the comic:

  • The lizard town is burning down, population is dying by the hundreds. A good lizard gets her tail pinned down by a heavy plank. A cat tells her to lose the tail, implying it will grow back. Will the lizard do it? Will the tail actually grow back? READ THE FREAKING COMIC TO FIND OUT!

Yes, I read it and enjoy it for the most part (Aaron Marx got to be a bit much) but I don't have much to say about it.
