My first instinct was that it's overkill, but this is a pretty common trope, and splitting it by type would work pretty well. I'm all for it.
Well, first, figure out if any specific types have something unique about how they are used to distinguish them from The Same But More Specific.
It'd be particularly nice if we can show how a specific half-human hybrid type was consistently portrayed in a given fashion. Half-elves, at least in my experience, tend to be - distrusted by both parentages, more elegant than humans but less so than elves, tend towards marginalized jobs, etc. On the other hand, for half-vampire... given how often Our Vampires Are Different, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them similarly vary from story to story/culture to culture. About the only consistency I've seen, and not even always, is the half-vampire's tendency towards I Hate You, Vampire Dad
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.
Would it be possible to get this turned into a supertrope, with sub-tropes for common half-human/half-whatever types? (dragon, vampire, elf, demon, klingon, vulcan, etc?) I would love to see more specific listings without everything under the sun getting dropped or referenced to this one trope.
I'm working with this trope a lot in my writing, and seeing the more common examples for each kind would be really helpful.
