20-40% is often an acceptable threshold for "clear" and/or "widespread" misuse.

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Consensus is to swap with redirect Ascended Fanon. Calling it.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickSwapped. Let's close it now.
There's still 600+ wiks that need changing. I can't do them all myself.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickI've updated the wikilinks on all the old(er) redirects.
An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.This is done. We can make a special efforts thread to fix the links.
nuclearneo577, if a clean-up effort needs a Special Efforts thread, please make it and link to it before hollering for a lock on the TRS thread. I'm starring this, rather than locking it, until the Special Efforts is made and linked.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13180818210A99080100&page=1#1
There's your Special Efforts thread, o vulpine one.
I'm against making special effort threads for these clean ups. I think it's a bad policy and it just leads to the wiks never getting moved and special efforts bloated with the odds and ends of TRS threads that no one wants to finish, but people just want to lock to get them out of here. Do the work. Don't pass the buck.
I don't care if there's a special efforts thread or not. Don't lock the TRS thread until the work is done. Don't just pass it off to someone else to do it so you can lock it faster. Your whole phrasing of that thread is, someone else do this for me because I don't feel like it.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. Dick^ Right. It seems to get proven time and time again that if you don't do something yourself, half the time nobody else will either. Also, Special Efforts doesn't have the feature of linking to trope articles in the same way TRS does.
I've cleaned up all of the old ptitles. The remaining 8 wikilinks under "punctuated titles" are false positives (seriously, does this wiki not have a tool to fix that?)

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.The false positive thing is just really really low on the Eddie priority list of things to code. I'll be digging into the main set of links after I grab some lunch.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickI'll give a hand when I get home tonight.
@shima: Ah, but of course. And I'm the "no glitch left behind" kind of guy, too.
An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Now that we have this thread, I think that this can be locked.
Don't forget it needs to be moved to Trivia too, if it's on a works page.
Rhymes with "Protracted."Considering the number of valid, non-pothole, page work use of this trope is in the single digit percentile, it is not exactly hard to do.
Also, feel free to help, ya know.

Taking a break. U to Z are all done* . Those left are false positives.
Crown Description:
Rename and/or swap with redirect proposition for the article Sure Why Not (previously ptitlekzrxgx4f).
I don't like renaming tropes without clear widespread missue, BUT I do like the idea of formally adding this trope to the 'ascended' family. I also took a look at Sure, Let's Go with That and found this phrase there.
