Well like others I assumed it was a tattoo at first. Then Gigi said that's just her skin external layer and, okay, I guess they're natural markings then. I mean everyone here is plant-themed, right? So it was the combination of the last panel, the banner, and what we now know about the Roselings that clued me in to the other possibility (aka magic).
