What do you guys think some of the alterations to the storyline will be since this is a Continuity Reboot?

Not much to say for now. This is one thing we'll only get with the release.

Well of course we won't know for certain until release, but speculation can still be fun

Sophitia and Rothion reconsider having children.

It just looks like a more flesh out story mode focusing SC 1 & 2. Which is still exciting for me anywasy.

There's a difference between a first impression and a persistent, loud, deliberate impression. Especially given your more recent comment I'd linked to. You only make one first impression, and that sets the tone for what to expect of you.

No names mentioned, they weren't even the guy I was answering that to, and the salt got straight to those two.

And this was without me lifting even one aggressive word as far as I saw on my wording.

For the record, again: No, I wasn't baiting commentaries from you two. Not keen of that. I'm also not keen of picking a fight here again. You guys refuse to believe that? Fine.

I already got suspended for that event, and paid all my due for that. Since I came back, I have done not a single thump-deserving comment. I just want you four (This time I am addressing to you two, and also to Yakuzu and Slimcoder too) to stop disrespecting me, and stop expecting me to start some war. Is this too much to ask?

You made that mess yourself along with the perception those situations has now attached you with. Considering you have a habit of beating the dead horse multiple times generally to complain it certainly is to be expected that people don't want to have another long winded rant again.

Pretty sure you locked yourself in said role by every post I see here or Tekken being you complaining about something or going 'see I knew I was right to complain'

After a while it gets old and everyone gets tired of it. By no means be happy all the time, but darn it why waste energy ranting the same thing over and over and over again.

Oh yeah, keep bringing the "you did this to yourself" card as an excuse to brand and ostracize me and expect me to cause trouble even knowing I already got suspended for that, knowing the conditions expected of me by the mods to even be back here, and knowing the fact I had done my best not to start any fight.

You have a problem with my previous whining, the ones that got me suspended? Let me ask that then: why are you guys still locking me into that role?

I am trying hard not to start any fight because I know exactly what will happen if I do. It gets incredibly tiresome, especially for a person like me, to be treated like that and just be forced to take the blows. Right now, I'm even trying to convey those words the right way and I'm not even sure if I'm doing this right.

I said from the moment I came back I am not willing to start anything. Yet the best idea you guys have to deal with me is to put me down in order to shut me up. You have no idea how taxing it is for me to have to weather everything you guys have been throwing at me since I came back, and knowing fully well this may never end until I am out of here.

And then there's the thing: If I actually back out, "If you rage quit, we will lock the door behind you". Yes, I've been reading that page since I got suspended. So I can't back out, I can't quit, and I can't even defend myself properly, and this entire discussion here is actually destroying my mind. Quite the nice position I am in, no? The position "I brought to myself".

Now that I've done that Wall of Text that will likely help you brand me as some Drama Queen, can we stop now? Please?

Maybe this is just my tinfoil hat going, but there has to be some significance to the fact that Kilik says a!Pats “I’ll carve my own fate” quote at the end of the story trailer.

Maybe he’ll end up being the wielder of Soulcalibur after Xianghua this time around?

Look, Zero. While it's true that it's important to not judge the book by the cover, it IS important to note that first impression plays a VERY important part in making an overall impression. Even in real life. Let me tell you this, and this is well proven, even by me. You want to get a job? You're more likely to get it when you make your portfolio/curriculum vitae really good & pretty, and then you come to the interview sharp-dressed and well-mannered. So yeah, say what you will that it's not wrong to not judge a book by its cover... but first impression is important, don't expect people to forget first impression easily, it's instead very vital to judge people. Hell, that is what happened to me.

Which brings me to the next topic.

Another important part is to not be stuck in the past. If they're the ones stuck in the past for just judging you based on the past, never moving on from first impression (it is important... but not everything), well that's their own god damn fault for not wanting to move forward and relishing in living in the past. But the thing is, I think even you are also trapped in that past, which caused you to keep referring to your constant ranting in the past and triggering them to comment nastily. You should be the one to take the first step to get out of this cycle and move on.

Think like 'I'm going to stop whining and no labels are going to stop me!' Everything starts from you. I should know, because I might still struggle on doing these myself.

... Well, that's enough 'lecture'... let's move on, shall we?

Not really, being a bit more serious here I do genuinely like the dialogue. I just have no idea how to make it sounds less ridiculous. Maybe if weren't said Shiro that would've been a different story.

Back on topic:

It would be nice if Olcadan had his own moveset, but I'm not even holding my breath. Or his inclusion for that matter. Would be nice to see him again if he does make the cut.

It'd be fun if instead of giving him fighting styles from other characters in the game, he had previous fighting styles no longer used in the series, like styles based on the older guest characters.

Again, Olcadan should use Heihachi's moveset and other non-weapon moves.

Its Shonen its suppos to be ridiculous sounding... but its the sentiment it expresses that makes it AWESOME!!

Olcadon being the Master of Fists? While Edge is the Master of Weapons, Olcadon Made himself the weapon so No one could counter him... since the only way to master Olcadon... is to be Olcadon!

That's pretty much what I said before. Treat him as having his body be a finely honed weapon, and the gods cursed his body. Serves as a parallel and rival to Edgemaster, and so on.
