Also, after venting about it to people I realized my verdict on the two PMD verses for Mobius was a bit rash and triggered by a sore spot. You guys do you and have your Mobius characters come from any universe you want!
...Within reason. The humans should still be humans and the Pokemon should still be Pokemon. :P

Name: Ghiaccio
Gender: Male
Rank: Employee
Works under: Pieta, or Verne on special occasions
Ethnecity: Italian
Appearance:
Standard Mobius employee uniform, but sightly modified to fit better when skating. Never seen without skating blades. Short blue hair and purple rimmed glasses
Personality/ Backstory:
Arrogant, confident, and rude, Ghiaccio is brutally honest and not afraid to say his thoughts, even to higher ups. (Probably the reason why he remains as an employee.) Ghiaccio is easily angered if you mispronounciate words, or prefer the English-adapted names of city, names, media over the original. Preferring ice and water types, he uses ice types attacks or freezes water attacks to skate around and move faster, and thus is best in retrieval missions. Hypocritically he hates people who are arrogant or ignorant. Surprisingly calm when cooking.
Not much is known about Ghiaccio, other than the fact that he used to be a skilled figure skater. However a sabotage caused Ghiaccio to be framed of a crime he didn't commit and thus was disqualified, and left shamed by the people. Unable to even participate in minor leagues, this left him bitter until Pieta introduced him into Mobius. He now works for Mobius to find a universe where he is successful in figure skating. His fighting method is quickly sweeping the opponent's team.
Pokemon Team
White Album the Glalie (starter): Partner of Ghiaccio ever since he was 9, White album is just as arrogant and confident in his ability as Ghiaccio, believing himself to be invincible when he is with Ghiaccio. Never seen without Ghiaccio, and vice versa.
Born this way the Mamoswine: the heavy of the group and regularly sent out when things go south. Despite being quiet and rarely speaks, he is very, very violent.
Horus the Delibird: Despite his looks, he is no soft hearted present giver. The only present he'll give is cruelty to the capital C. Likes to freeze the opponent and cherish the look in their faces as they become rock solid. Mostly used for stealth and sabotage.
Cream the Vaniluxe: A perpetual smiler, Cream is only happy on the surface, and mildly gloomy on the inside. The sniper of the team, he helps Ghiaccio in the distance.
Name: Cioccolata
Rank: Employee
Works under: Pieta, and Verne on special occasions.
Appearance:
Modified long sleeve biker jacket and green hair that clumps together to form tentacle-like shapes. Has green facial tattoos on his cheeks, and wears black lipstick.
Personality/backstory
Cioccolata has a deep love for fighting and breaking the haughty. So deep that he records anything remotely close to it. Is not above fighting dirty. Morbidly curious, Cioccolata was a doctor in training before he was caught tampering with the medicines used by an arrogant man that gave Cioccolata a hard time. With his license revoked Cioccolata was invited to join Mobius by Pieta. Along with being the medic Cioccolata is deployed more frequently to 'convince' people and 'persuade' them to give information or obey the Mobius's orders. Joined to find a universe where he is a top-class doctor. His fighting method is stalling.
Pokemon:
Green day the Garbador(starter): Follows his trainer's personality and pretty violent himself. Loves to see the shock on his opponent's faces.
Oasis the Alolan Dugtrio: Used to help Green day in fights, it remains underground to strike enemies from under.
Name: Coco Jumbo
Gender: Male

Species: Torterra
Appearance:
Torterra with a giant key lodged on it's shell. A blue and white band with the Mobius logo.
Personality and backstory:
Coco Jumbo comes from the universe where Pokemons are capable of learning human language. Coco Jumbo is calm, laid back, and polite, and can be seen as the lighter and softer employee of Pieta's team. Coco Jumbo simply joined Mobius because he thought it would be fun. And fun it was. Deployed for cargo escorts. (Learned human language from Pieta during his stay at Mobius.)
Pokemon(friends):
Mr President the Blastoise: A friend of Coco Jumbo, it isn't a Pokemon Coco Jumbo controls. Laid back and lazy, it only follows Coco's orders.
Polnareff the Escavillier: Just started hanging around Coco Jumbo all of a sudden.... A Pokemon who can be depended and count on. And very chivalrous.

We're gonna suspend the Skull Bash Raid for a few more days, for a number reasons. The eclipse, Bitter's birthday, and some writing points that some of the people involved want to get done first.

So I'm proposing the idea that Frieden finds a clearer, easier and faster (overall better) way to create an artificial Ultra wormhole.
He uses the notes left by Lusamine, Leeya's model of the pocket dimension creating device and his own findings to create the wormhole.
I will elaborate this more when questions and feedbacks come but this is the base idea proposal. This not only benefits Frieden and Krieg but J-Team's whole plan of sending U Bs back to Ultra Space.
