A while ago I posted on the forums about an idea for a dark, reinterpretative Jukebox Musical that uses songs by Lady Gaga to retell a highly stylized and surreal version of Stefani Germanotta (Lady Gaga)'s life. I deleted the post, because at the time it was just a plot summary, but now the first draft of the script is finished! TBH I wasn't putting in my best writing skills, I was really just trying to get the whole thing out on paper to basically demonstrate how it would go. Post any comments that you have about the story here. Maybe eventually I'll create a second draft.

I'd like to note that original lyrics are all by Stefani Germanotta/Lady Gaga, though in spots they have been modified. No permission is required from me to do anything (like a performance) with this script, but if I were you I would ask Lady Gaga first-and if you don't, I will not take legal responsibility for intellectual property or defamation suits from her.

The idea sounds interesting, but I can't download from this computer due to an erractic connection.

Like three days and no feedback from any site I posted it on. Can this be labeled dead?

Considering patching this to include Judas, Marry The Night, and Edge Of Glory. I can imagine how they'd fit in.

Doing a spiritual sequel to this with the music of Weird Al. Still quite dark, but in a very different, more comedic and less tragic way from this.
