Interesting ways to past time in a waiting room.? For a short film.

It's a sad world when the only steampunk work of fiction a person can name is Wild Wild West.

Attempting to read a nudey magazine someone left behind. Making fun of someone in a cast. Making faces at little kids and getting them in trouble. Playing with the Toys in the kids corner while nobody is looking. Doing a Rifftrax over whats playing on TV (a soapie would be best). Trying to get comfortable. Trying to chat up an attractive woman, while being called in.

Theres sex and death and human grime in monochrome for one thin dime and at least the trains all run on time but they dont go anywhere.

Looking people over and wondering aloud what ails them. Go for some horrible illnesses/injuries they will have suffered in a vulgar/foul/humiliating way.

I like to bring attention to my characters doing normal unattractive human things like biting their nails, twisting their hair, or singing (poorly) to themselves.

Banned entirely for telling FE that he was being rude and not contributing to the discussion. I shall watch down from the goon heavens.

Trigger. Happy. TV.

This was the best example I could find, unfortunately. It's that, though. That. You need to do that.

Has this been done to death in commercials? One person starts tapping a finger. Another starts ruffling the pages of a magazine. Another starts drumming on a tabletop. Then they break into song. The funny part is that you have very old and very young people instead of models.

Under World. It rocks!
