I just marathoned the whole season.

It's a definite improvement over Season 1 and I enjoyed a lot of the characters and stories.

I can see why fans love Kenshi, he is pretty awesome

Loving it.

Two very minor issues.

1) Ermac needs more red in his outfit. If I wasn't told he was Ermac, I would have thought he was Noob Saibot until he threw around that green tendril attack.

2) I wish they had the scenes set in Feudal Japan be in Japanese like the Scorpion segment in season 1. I can understand why they didn't, though.

Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about.

I watched all of this today and I was kind of disappointed. To me it felt really unfocused.

Having now watched all of the episodes, I believe, I found it... okay. The effects were decent to good, the action scenes were fun, we got to see a number of enjoyable characters. On the other hand, the short episodes combined with the reliance on action seem to have somewhat stunted the writing a little, and this season seems a little uncertain about whether it wants to assume that viewers have seen the preceding season or not, resulting in what seems to me to be somewhat uneven use of flashbacks (which then take up even more of the rather limited screen-time).

All that said, given that it was free, I found it well worth watching.
