While the server split means that Europeans and Americans no longer have to suffer horrendous lag, it's a shame our European and American tropers can't play together.
I'm on the European server with the exact same handle.

I still haven't expanded my garage beyond the three starting tanks and the aforementioned bonus tank. Aiming to go down the US medium line to the Pershing, which is one of my favourite tanks, and the German TD line, because I haven't touched those lines before. I might go down the Russian medium line too, a T-54/55 is looking tempting and I had some great experiences with the T-34 and T-34/85 pre-wipe.
My bonus tank is basically printing money and free experience at the moment, as well as being heaps of fun to play, so on the American medium line I think I'll just skip straight to the M7 or the Easy Eight Sherman. Don't want to waste my time in tiers 2-4, it's just not fun.

I have american Arty because I can. I am also aiming for German TD's and Russian Mediums. I am not sure who to use for my heavy.

I had mixed experience in heavies pre-wipe. Driving a Panther and T-34/85 I was frustrated by their durability when fighting them, but driving a King Tiger and an IS I was frustrated by their lack of speed. I think I will prefer playing the top-end medium tanks to the heavy monsters.

I think of the heavies as the bullet magnets allowing the other tanks to move around. Also great for breaking the higher end TD's. Getting better with my TD's. Tell you what though. Those open cabin TD's have tin foil resistance. Arty=death.
I have seen a few matches where a heavy tank sits back and waits for the enemy to come take the flag and chew up the attackers.
As artillery I love landing that shot to the back deck of a tank while it's back is to me. Even more fun is tracking some speeding light tank and watching them get pummeled. :3 Actually I love tracking tanks.

Well, as a Tier 1 light player without a subscription I am essentially a Red Shirt to every other tank. Feel free to add Barcode711 if you wouldn't mind me tagging along (and you have a subscription to allow me to tag along, as well).
One of my friends convinced me to get this game. Then we realized you can't get into group lobbies without a subscription.

The developers have stated they're going to remedy that. It's not a subscription, btw - you exchange money for in-game gold, with which you can buy a premium account among other things.

Ahhh... I was waiting for one of these to happen soon :). Please add "Ethervil" to the list. I would love if someone were to make a guild or the game's closest equivalent. It makes it MUCH easier to coordinate attacks, strategies and whatnot.
As for my current tank load-out... I have the Russian Leichttraktor (starred), Russian Panzerjager I (working on), American T1 Light Tank (starred), American T2 Medium Tank (working on), and American T57 (working on). Any suggestions on where I should aim for?

Name's Lethal Machines. Im going down the american line of tanks on every aspect, except the turretless T Ds. Im on tier 4 currently but am close to moving everything to tier 5. When I have the money, I plan on buying and keeping the T71, M 48 A 1 Patton, M103, T57 Heavy, T92, T 110 E 5, and T 110 E 4.
