Where do you find a decent child actor for Billy?
Wake me up at your own risk. That's of course implying he's not still playing Deathstroke, right?

Anywhere at all. There's loads of decent child actors.
My personal vote's been Ty Simpkins for a while now. Helps that he's currently the same age as Billy post-New 52.
He said he isn't sure if he is still playing Deathstroke in the Batman movie because the new director might want to have a page one rewrite.
If he cameos as Deathstroke in Justice League he will still be playing him in the DCEU.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureSo, how do you think they'll portray Billy Batson? Classic flavor or New-52 recipe? Asking now.

Wake me up at your own risk.I'm hoping classic — as super idealistic, rather than the cynical person he was in the New 52.
Joe Manganiello had lunch with Marv Wolfman
A month ago he wasn't sure if he was playing Deathstroke anymore. But I guess something changed because Marv Wolfman said: "I feel more confident than ever that we got both the Slade Wilson the movies need and the Deathstroke great movies deserve."

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureThose rumors of all the Bat-movies in 2019 might be true, then — one of the rumors was that Deathstroke was still a part of The Batman, but not the main villain.
Deathstroke works for hire, so maybe after he and Bats throw down, pointy ears will go pummel the guy who hired him.
Wake me up at your own risk.Jon Berg debunks the 4 Batman films in 2019 rumor.
For anyone that doesn't know Jon Berg is the co-head of DC Films at Warner Bros along with Geoff Johns.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureHad a fun discussion with my brother about the DC films and Justice League. It was all over texting, but discussed the pros and cons of previous films. He hadn't been following Justice League news, but didn't like the use of Doomsday in BVS because he wondered where you go from there.
So I got to tell him about the revealed info on Justice League, he knew about Darkseid in general but not much on the rest of the New Gods. I told him about Steppenwolf and parademons, how BVS set it up and the Lord of the Rings-esque history lesson Justice League will have. He started looking into it himself, admitted all of that sounded awesome and he was getting hyped.
‘Game of Thrones’ Star Michael Mc Elhatton Has A Role In ‘Justice League’

Of course everyone is whispering "Darkseid," but it could be just about anyone, all we know is he is connected to the big battle sequence. So he could be anyone from the New Gods like Desaad or Kalibak to mythology like Zeus or maybe even the (now) Dead King.
Darkseid would make the Red Wedding look like a slap fight.
God, I hope they keep Michael Ironside as Darkseid. Even if he doesn't do the motion capture, I wish they would keep his voice, because he was just so good as Darkseid. Deep, but not too deep, and gravely. "I am many things, Kal-El - but here, I am God."
Joss Whedon, well, josses Batgirl casting rumors and doubts Babs will be played by a 'name' actor.
So I guess he's planning to look for an unknown actress for Batgirl?
Hayden Panettiere.
Tatiana Ali.
Gwyneth Paltrow.
Chloe Grace Moretz.
Amanda Bynes.
Lindsey Lohan.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!No to all of those names. God no to the last one.
Isn't Bynes retired from acting after pulling a Lindsay of her own?
Haven't heard of Lohan in a good while, is she even in condition to act, especially in a role as physically demanding as Batgirl is likely to be?
Wake me up at your own risk....wheelchair.
Also, stunt doubles.
Also, red hair!
Also, any actor can say they retire from acting and then come back "because the money was too good to pass up script was just that good."
They're doing Batgirl not Oracle though.
And who would even approach Bynes at this point? WB isn't perfect but even they know what a PR nightmare she'd be.

A young woman coming back from a traumatic experience and re-purposing themselves into a much stronger person? Sounds like Barbara Gordon to me. Robert Downey Jr was a trainwreck before he became the MCU's poster child.
In all seriousness no I don't seriously expect most of those suggestions. I do expect there to be a lot of controversy over how old, muscular, and/or sensible the actress selected is.
Chloe Grace Moretz is the only one I could see doing it because:
He'd make a decent Shazam/ Captain Marvel, to go up against the Rock as Black Adam.
