Xbox 360 getting free-to-play titles (aka microtransactions).

Well, that sort of fits with the recent acquisition of Dungeon Fighter Online for XBLA...

Microsoft? Free merchandise? You'll have to excuse me if I sound skeptical.

Somehow I think it'll be like all the other "free" stuff from Microsoft.

I did. But they cancelled it just when it was getting good.

If anything that tells me that this won't last very long.

They canceled it because people weren't playing Season 2. They didn't do it because they didn't like it.

They did learn things from it. There are four game shows coming out of 1 vs 100's ashes.

Ah, quite to the contrary, the idea of "free"-to-"play" titles matches up perfectly with what I know of M$.

Never played any of the Doritos winners huh? (And the last two are very fun.)
