That's spoofing the Care-Bear Stare, not this trope.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.I think it's fine, it's showing the result of the activation.
The trope is about activating a transformation (even on this thread you agreed it specifically dealt with those), and the picture does not show him before the transformation, nor saying anything. That means it's not showing the trope.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Perhaps this:
That still leaves the activation phrase in the caption.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. So, just the picture then?
No, I mean the picture should show that someone is saying a phrase to activate the transformation.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Ooooooh. Ok. Then I'm out of ideas.
This is the phrase, not the transformation alone.

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Ummm...
How exactly do you show a verbal statement in a picture without a caption?
Best we can show is what happens when the character makes the statement.
A Manga panel of said phrase + whats happening is probably going to be the only way to show this. Like these [1]◊ [2]◊
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I agree that a manga/comic book image would work nicely, since that has the text right in the image. I'm going to suggest Captain Marvel.
That's a great pic.
That Captain Marvel pic works!
Looks like two different people are being hit by lightning.
That, and the word balloon is too small. But a variation that fixes those would work.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Captain Marvel seems like a great guy to use here. The proposed pic works fine for me, or if someone with access to scans wants to look for a different version, that's okay too.
Rhymes with "Protracted."Still liking that pic, but as an alternative, maybe this◊ can be reworked?

I like the first Captain Marvel suggestion.
First key to interpreting a work: Things mean things.Still liking it as well.
Yeah, first Captain Marvel pic is pretty good.
Crown Description:
By The Power Of Grey Skull
I know all about He Man, so it's not ignorance of the show I'm going on, but the lack of actually showing the trope. The picture just comes at the tail end of the Transformation Sequence, and the trope is about activating it.
This might be done best with a double image from a comic (including manga) that has a character saying the phrase, and then showing the transformation.
