Ok, I kinda feel a little stupid for asking this, but how do you go about actually approaching an artist when you have a script? And how do you go about finding a publisher?

Oh, I know I said this was Comicbook orientated, but I'm going to open this to Children's books too.

Theres sex and death and human grime in monochrome for one thin dime and at least the trains all run on time but they dont go anywhere.

If you apply to Darkhorse with your manuscript, they'll assign you an artist.
