So it's the Wilhann Scream then
"Sarchasm: The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person that doesn't get it."The GYA-AA-AARGH! Scream is not the YERRRAAAAAAARGGGHH scream.
I seem to remember one of the one time characters from Hey Arnold making that same scream.
ALL CREATURE WILL DIE AND ALL THE THINGS WILL BE BROKEN. THAT'S THE LAW OF SAMURAI.Well, nobody here seems to have any idea which scream it is, so you'll just have to find a recording of it somewhere.
Are you talking about the scream that's used on the opening title for Nickeodeon's AAHHHHHHHHHH Real Monsters?
With all the memes about women choosing a bear over a man, Hollywood might wanna get on an 'East of the Sun and West of the Moon' adaptationNo, that's the YOURAAAAAAAAGH
The scream I'm looking for is a little briefer and oddly enough, sounds like three syllables in a scream. But I'll try and find a recording.
ALL CREATURE WILL DIE AND ALL THE THINGS WILL BE BROKEN. THAT'S THE LAW OF SAMURAI.There’s a sort of wailing scream (scroll ahead to 7:14 in this video) that I hear fairly often. Is that what the poster meant?
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!Anyone know what that "EEEEEEEE-YEAAAAAH! EEEEEEEE-YEAAAAAAAH!" scream is called?
You can get what you want and still not be very happy.Sorry, but your string of letters doesn't ring any bells. You'll have to find a recording of it.
I recognise tons of stock sound effects, including the Wilhelm screen.
There's seriously some Starcraft-era shit floating around still.
Worshipper of Ahura Mazda, as proclaimed by Zoroadster http://twitter.com/bpglobalprI've heard it in a few episodes of American Dad, to say the strangest places I have heard it.
Little hamsters, big adventures.I heard it about 5 seconds into Tropic Thunder. For some reason that scream always makes me smile
Uhh, maybe I'm missing something, but Starcraft is only 13 years old. For stock sound effects that's nothing.
I learned when I was a lot younger that the Wilhelm Scream has become a stock sound effect among Hollywood movies.
What I didn't learn when I was a lot younger was that it was called the Wilhelm Scream.

I always go "Wilhelm scream!" whenever I hear it in film.
Another Stock Scream we might as well mention:
HOWIE. LONG.
The only stock scream I have actually seen being used in The Simpsons...
I've heard it a couple of times on the tv show Community, notably at 0:14 of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3W3Vx-d2VEI
This made me laugh:
I always feel that if you notice the Wilhelm Scream first time, then it's being used incorrectly. It's really distracting when you hear it popping up in a movie for no reason other than the hell of it. When you notice it in a shot it really makes the shot seem less real, I think.
Also, the Goofy scream should be used more.

And let us pray that come it may (As come it will for a' that)Ah but maybe the Goofy yell is used all the time, it's just used so well that you don't notice it.

And let us pray that come it may (As come it will for a' that)At first, I mistook this for a thread about a movie actually about The Wilhelm Scream. Someone needs to make that now.
"Oh great! Let's pile up all the useless cats and hope a tree falls on them!"I'm editing a film project for a friend and found a way to sneak in a Wilhelm Scream.
I was playing the Spider-Man 2 video game earlier today (which is not only a good licensed game, but a great game in general) and one guy did the Wilhelm Scream during the scene where the fusion reactor explodes. Completely sucked the drama out of the scene and turned it into comedy. Probably not the best time for a Wilhelm. I can't remember if the scream was in the movie or not.
All of Tom's screams were done by William Hanna, incidentally.
