Watched half of the video. The game seems okay but the combat doesn't look like it's for me.
Yep, that's a current Nomura character. Not too bad though, it's straightforward without being too tropey. And Kamui looks kinda cool. Five-Winged Angel.

Where there's life, there's hope. But if he succeeds, would we call him Superior HB?
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Preview embargoes for 2 lift tomorrow, and Derrick of GameXplain is hinting Chuggaaconroy may have gotten a review copy from Nintendo just like he did with X.
Another major player and their Blade: Morag and Brighid

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."I actually dig this duo. A little too much going on with Morag but Brighid is the right mix of fantastical and elegant.
Considering how many people get confused by the combat, I think it's actually a good thing they slow down the tutorial. Auto-Attacks still look sluggish, though.

Where there's life, there's hope.Japanese TV Spot
Where there's life, there's hope.Clean battle theme
Where there's life, there's hope. The game does look beautiful, but I just wish it didn't have some sort of constant hue "fog" that clouds the background and washing out the color of anything outside the immediate vicinity. X had it with that teal-ish filter, and this game seems be doing the same (e.g. blue in the initial world, brown in the canyon world). Although the base environments are already a lot more colorful to begin with so it's less severe, subduing it if not removing it altogether would probably make a lot of difference.

Besides Rex getting stabbed?
Where there's life, there's hope.Heh, not sure. But it bodes well.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectSo...Rex was actually the one who stabbed everyone else, and just thought he was stabbed then?
One Strip! One Strip!Um... No? Not sure where you got that.
Where there's life, there's hope.Just being silly really.
You have to admit, it sounds like a pretty big twist.
One Strip! One Strip!Elysium was the friends Rex made along the way!
i. hear. a. sound.Haha, what have I started.
Since it was so forefront to the latest story trailer, I'm certain that the stabbing's not what he's referring to.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectAll the heroes and villains are actually pawns in a greater scheme masterminded by Territorial Rotbart.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!
It really is more anime than the previous games isn't it?
I'm ok with that, but it's still pretty in your face.
One Strip! One Strip!
