Oh yeah, Say Sorry just isn't worth it. If you could see the debuff timers, then hypothetically it could be good for playing as Riki (wait until the debuffs are about to wear off, use it for massive damage, then spam out more debuffs), but it just conflicts too much with his playstyle as an ai, especially alongside Melia.

...I laughed more than I should have.◊
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!
Where did you find that?
I remember the first time that was posted here. Good times.
Xenoblade 2's music is nearly done.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Wow, sounds like they went all out for this. Looking forward to hearing it. The bits we saw in the trailers sounded really good already.
Xenoblade 2 has been rated M in Australia, which is ESRB "T".
Going off this, when should we make the Xenoblade 2 spoiler thread?
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Not yet. Once we actually start getting info then sure but it'd see no use right now.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Online functionality huh? Wonder what exactly that entails.
So is this a sequel to XC or XCX?
Never played either one but I plan to at least play XC someday maybe.
Xenoblade Chronicles. It seems like they're taking a Final Fantasy style approach to the series chronology, at least for the non-X games. So you don't need to play the other two before playing 2, though I'd recommend it since both are great games.

Although I imagine that the online components of X are barren these days so going for 100% completion will take absolutely forever and may be impossible.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! They're not as barren as you'd think, but there's a few achievements ingame that are going to be hard to get with less players. Some got easier, but only slightly. The main obstacle for 100% is the one for landing the final blow on a global nemesis, imo. Might be borderline impossible.

Oh holy wow the game is looking great and I REALLY dig the music. The new area looks like the later part of Tephra Cave, mixed with the mountainous parts of Primordia. I'm avoiding the story discussion and the end of the video showing off the city, but oh man I cannot wait.
Thanks for sharing!
We're 4 months or less away from release, and honestly I feel like we haven't seen much. Hopefully Nintendo steps up their marketing soon, because I'm not feeling the hype in the same way as the lead up to X.
I'm still hoping there's hidden depths to the combat system that they haven't shown off yet. Stuff that you don't have access to from the start, but unlock later.
Gimme my mechanically complex character, the kind that was absent in X, someone with a playstyle as complex as Melia's!
A character whom you will die if you try to just spam arts with, one who has tangible benefits to not attacking (in Melia's case, providing buffs to allies and waiting for the proper moment to stack a ton of multipliers onto a damage over time effect).

I really hope they flesh out the Blades well.
I feel like around 7, give or take a little, party members is the sweet spot for building proper attachment and story for everyone.
So that's a minor concern of mine. That they flesh out Rex and Pyra, but don't give enough focus to the other Blades.

"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobI was a bit surprised that other people had blades. I figured Rex was your only driver since I don't remember Tora and Nia(?) having blades in the last gameplay thing I saw, so that's pretty welcome. It seems like each character will end up playing sort of as a mini-Shulk variant, with their personal moveset of attacks and the separate blade moveset that offers combo potential and variety. I suspect then that part configuration will vary depending on which blades you have on each party member, or else they each have only a few blades and their role will be defined and expanded by the abilities they provide.

Its something I've constantly heard conflicting info about, so I just ditch Lurgy to be on the safe side. Getting rid of Say Sorry is definitely essential if you want to use Melia though.
