Wouldn't that necessitate a constitution reform? Technically, one could probably argue it's no longer a "jury of peers"...

That said, this sentence always make me think of going to the "logical extreme" of judging a criminal with a jury of criminals.

Oh yeah, forgot that was in the constitution. Yeah needs an ammendment to "jury of your peers, plus a couple of folks whoactually know their ass from probable cause."
