Not picturable, then. There are, like, at least five distinct parts of this trope that would need to be depicted: villain and hero in some kind of competition, villain is in the lead, villain puts plan into action, this plan is unnecessary, hero wins because villain did it anyway.

If you find an illustration that hits all of these with just two or three pics, I'd applaud you mightily.

We could get a screen shot from that video maybe. He is literally five feet from the finish line and he turns around.

Lemme guess: the cheese acts like a ramp that gets the racer he's trying to cheat over the finish line.

Anyway, I don't think that illustrates the trope well enough; too many factors are left out, especially since, without context, the cheese makes little to no sense on its own.

He was ordered to "drive a wedge" between several of the racers.

Bump...could that screencap work well enough on its own, or would it need a couple of shots from just before then to set up the context?

I don't get it? Did he stop? Did he drive backwards? Is using your opponents car as a ramp cheating? So confused.
