Anyway, Fast Eddie plays Uilleann pipes, so that alone makes them awesome.

They're kinda like the bagpipes, sackpipa and such, but instead of being powered with the lungs, they are powered with a bellows which you press with the elbow.
Uilleann — "elbow".
They are basically sex in instrument form.
Even my cat likes the pipes — she doesn't flick her ears at them like at when I usually have a song playing.
