Well, I've got this big archive of their stuff I've been reading through. Is there an Ultimate Hulk in it at all?
Fight smart, not fair.He appears in Ultimate Team Ups where he fights Ultimate Spider Man, then becomes a regular on The Ultimates.
I meant a series.
Fight smart, not fair.I know he showed up in Spidey's book during the events of Ultimatum.
Shaky cam footage of the trailer
Looks pretty cool.
GAK! ADDITIONAL/ALTERED ELEMENTS THAT WEREN'T IN THE COMICS! NERD-RAGE... RISING! GRAH! NERD FLAME!
...it looks ok.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinaireSo... Spider-Man is working for Nick Fury? WTF!? Does that actually happen in the comics?

I'm guessing that's the test footage the showed at C2E2? Awesome!
I also noticed that the bad guy he webs up at the end is Trapster(Or at least it looks like him).

"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"I wonder if they'll keep the running gag with Pete's identity. That was one of the things I found hilarious about the comics.
^
You mean Trapster's (Being endlessly mocked by his original name "Paste Pot Pete") or do you mean Spidey?
"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"Looks like it'll be similar to Spectacular Spider-man but with even more energy.
All of time and space, anywhere and everywhere, any star that ever was. Where do you want to start?Cool, really cool.
HodorWith those designs, there's no way the show's going to be as fluid as that trailer. Just gettin' that out there.
I'm not all too optimistic, since it'll be hard to top Spectacular and Man Of Action hasn't impressed me in the past. My guess is it'll be just okay.
Best part is still keeping J K Simmons as Jameson. The guy was the best part of the movies. He Nailed that role
Speaking of which, they never mentioned who plays Jameson in the upcoming film. Better still be J K Simmons.
@R Taco
Again, Test footage and the final version probably will as fluid.
Also, say what you will, but Man of Action's shows have all be hits so far. Plus they are great comic writers (Joe Kelly being part of MoA amd him writing spidey is always fun).
Plus again, Paul Dini, so i have no problem thinking this show will be good.
"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"Man Of Action shows always leave a good impression.
All of time and space, anywhere and everywhere, any star that ever was. Where do you want to start? On the one hand, I feel that the Ultimate Spider-Man comic Jumped the Shark with the Carnage arc, and that the show's premise doesn't seem all that interesting.
On the other hand, J.K. Simmons potentially returning as Jameson, and Paul Dini / Man of Action being involved has me hoping....

Do we have any idea who will be doing the voice of Spidey? Cause that's kind of important.
The inclusion of Fury, especially right off the bat, seems to suggest that this new series will be more involved with other parts of the Marvel universe. Spectacular was pure Spider-man with no elements brought in from anywhere else. The Ultimate comics though have had much more intercontinuity throughout and based on this show description that seems to carry over to this show. Note the part that reads "Peter will have to learn how to work with a team of fellow teenage super-heroes."

Vincent Martella (AKA, Phineas), will be playing Spidey, according to what I've read. And in the clip we got, that did indeed sound like Martella.
It seems to me like that one Avengers WMG will turn out to be correct, and this will be the third show in a new 'Marvel Animated Universe'. Since Fury is getting his Ultimate look on in season 2 of Avengers, it fits.

"It began with the internet. But then, it always does."~Eoin ColferAccording to IMDB, the show will have the Hulk, Ice Man, Firestar, and Shadowcat will be in it. That's 3 characters that tie into either Avengers EMH or Wolverine and the X-men, so it should be pretty obvious whether or not this is part of the same continuity as either or both of those shows.
It also has a listing for Abraham Whistler. That's kind of a surprise.

"Aren't you cold, Finn?"Canon Immigration at it's finest. Well, not technically. He still hasn't hit the comics yet, I don't think.
And full circle, I might add - I remember Blade and Whistler first showed up in the 90's Spidey show.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.
@ Deboss: Not yet it hasn't, at least.
