But on my screen there's a porn ad under the comic which definitely isn't SFW and it seems to be the same one no matter how many times I refresh the page. I don't remember ads being down there before now.

Hmm yeah, that's an artist error. They keep hands off-frame in all following pages, but that one slipped.

I'm not sure if oglaf has filtering of safe vs unsafe ads to match the rating of every story.

So, guys, gals, this week's one isn't as horrific as last weeks? Because if it is, I'm done with the comic. That one wasn't funny, it was fucking sadistic.

Uhhhm. Not that bad I'd say, but still has a touch.

I'm with you on that. I'm not even sure if the last one was the worst that's been seen in Oglaf so far.

Oglaf has a long history of dismemberment. There was that one with the loggers a few weeks ago, the guy who found a genie that would grant any wish but cut your legs off if you didn't wish to suck his dick (all hail king legless), Kronar's fingers...

I guess Eye Scream is the limit for some people (understandably).

I'm pretty sure the eye comic was a reference to something real. Spoilered because it's maybe 80% as gross, which is a lot.

A craze for licking eyeballs during sex spread on social media, followed soon after by warnings from doctors about the kinds of eye infections people were getting from doing this. There seem to be a lot of parallels to the comic.

96 percent of weird "trends" spotted on social media are one small group of friends daring each other that some bored intern found and put in the slow day folder.
