Nei How everyone. I would like some help with a request from a friend. It is to be a Massive Multiplayer Crossover that has Kim Possible and the Teen Titans as a starting point. With one of the continuities using the respective "go into TV" devices. However, I'm not sure how exactly to get it started. Except for the mess being Controlfreaks fault in addition. I'm planning on having a secondary plot be that not just the continuities involved. But almost all of them are descending into madness from characters randomly jumping from one universe to another. I don't know how to portray that without it being one Big-Lipped Alligator Moment after another any ideas?

Besides the two previously mentioned the continuities. I most want to get involved are Ben 10, One Piece, Super Smash Bros and Bat Man. and knowing me Breach will show up sooner or latter.

I don't know much about the shows in question, but one way to avoid the different universes being Big Lipped Aliigator Moments would be to have the main casts' experiences in each world affect things later, even if it's just remembering that something happened earlier or remembering meeting a certain character from one of the shows. Or if the situation is erased from their memories, there's a reason for it. From the Big-Lipped Alligator Moment page, it sounds like that trope is when a scene has no effect on the story and comes out of nowhere, if that's what you're worried about.

OK so I have to go somewhere with my apparently random things.

Like if I have Donald Duck beat the tar out of The Joker have the duck be a recurring villain. Thats just an example do I have the idea right?

Sort of, or, using your example, the Joker and/or Donald Duck might mention or remember their fight later on, or it affects the plot in some way.

Don't, and I repeat, DON'T force interaction between the characters simply for the sake of comedy; you WILL crash, burn and explode into subatomic bits, never to be heard of again.

Okay... Instead, try to give them chances to discover the respective world's rules and others team's strengths naturally after a few stupid mistakes. Just some food for thought, I'll get into more detail later if you want. :)
