Since I think of El Sabueso as a "homage" (of sorts) to Randy Savage, I hear him talk as if his lines were being spoken by The Macho Man....
So I thought about having him say "Snap into a slim jim" and "OH YEEEEAAAHHH" on this page, but I figured that'd be a bit TOO obvious

Sabueso is definitely crossing a line with Charsi here. He's very "good" at mashing the wrong buttons.
What it was that happened at Old Holden is a big source of fuel to Charsi Parker's fire. I'm not gonna say what it is, but you might be able to make a few guesses based on what he says in that last panel.

Shichiko seems to be drawn to look out of place. Or maybe that's me, but the bounce fits the theme.
