Kit is so cute.
still holding out my judgement. In some ways this Kit reminds me of another one... But i had to chuckle at the last panel of the new one...

"You can reply to this Message!"I expect her apparent alcoholism (or at the very least being a Bottle Fairy) to come into play. TV Tropes has ruined my life to the point where I'm analyzing every panel looking for plot hooks, Chekhovs Guns and Characterization Tropes.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"It's still getting started, so far it's cool.
This looks pretty interesting. So, will it be mostly serious, mostly funny, or a mix?
Interesting! Also, it has killed centuars in any serious way for me forever. I think seeing a centuar being completly human (wearing clothes, using a gun, etc) and completly horse (wearing a saddle and carrying gear) did it for me.
Why does a centaur have a saddle? Would someone ride him?
Well, how else would a half-horse be protected?
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987I guess he's teamed up with the demon girl and they're running some kinda scam on the town.
I would say that centaurs can run a lot faster than devilgirls. Thus there is a practical reason why he would have a saddle and potentially there could be a whole unseen economy where centaurs are the rickshaws of this universe.
Hmm, pending action... maybe.
Artwork critique: the perspective panels look rather odd with the full black background. If it weren't for the moon in some of them, I'd think they were on the moon. The black and white color scheme makes the comic feel very Noir but it lends itself to a certain amount of ambiguity. Oh, well. Still good art.
Kit looks cutely vicious. Is that a trope?

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"And hmmmm! Well, seems we have ourselves the rudiments of a plot.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"So, Kit, is it revenge you're after?
Oddly it seems that Liz is one of the few she is not going after, in spite of telling muttonchops the opposite. Curious.
My impression is that she would ventilate Liz were it not for whatever residual bonds of "family" loyalty there are and the fact that she has higher priorities at the moment.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"That's the feel I've gotten also, especially given the "Oh please let her come out shootin"
I think
I think I am crushing on black eye girl. I think she is cultivating a fetish in me for big black bits under the eyes, like Re-l Mayer gave me a fetish for bright blue eyeshadow. This is an odd thing to fetish on, but I am sufficiently experience at my life to just roll with it.
...
I would segue into talking into the actual plot here, but we still don't really know enough about it. Jeanne wanted Kit shot- said shooting was botched and apparently whatever Kit is doesn't take easily to dying. So, either: Jeanne is stupid/ignorant, the hitman was the weak link or killing her wasn't the point. The last would be the most interesting; it suggests Jeanne is playing at something beyond the obvious. Possibly running some kind of scheme where she needs kit running around like a loose cannon. Kit seems prime pawn material, and as Jeanne is The Boss (IIRC), she's probably at least entry-level cunning.
Alas, it's likely option B.
...
Like I said, not really enough to go on yet. Pretty eye girls, though.
New page, if anyone's interested.

"I've come to the conclusion that this is a very stupid idea."Interested, certainly. The plot needs stepping up a gear, but Liz is cute. Want to know more.
Yeah, we needs more dataz. It's way too early to render judgements.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"
Well, Nuklear Power's opened up a new comic. Running alongside How I Killed Your Master, it is called The Dreadful (assuming someone will make up a page for it eventually) and starts here. Looks like a solo effort from Matt Speroni (Clevinger's artist for HIKYM), it's got a Western setting with some supernatural elements and a bit of a Noir feel to it.
The as-yet unnamed protagonist is a girl who appears to be a demonic hybrid of some kind; she has cute little horns, a tail, remarkable powers of regeneration, and a vulnerability to silver. She's affiliated, or was, with a gang-style organization of folks like herself, the leader of which she is being hired to hunt down. The presence and abilities of her kind in society appears to be at least tolerated, if not welcomed.
Interesting stuff so far, I like it.
