She'll be able to, I think. We can probably handwave it by saying that Chien was within the barrier radius when it solidified, so she's in there now with Natsumi and Akira.

You got a a name and design for this witch yet?

I didn't plan for the crabs, but I can adopt them. It's no problem.

Hmm I think with that we'll reach a breather state in the fight. The familiars are dwindling in numbers and hiding themselves, even though the barrier is still up.

^Makes sense. If Yukino and Chien head off for the Witch, that'd just leave the busybody sort of familiars (like the Pringles men in Gertrud's Witchspace and Charlotte's little squishy creatures, rather than proto-Witch familiars) to deal with, and they appear to be pretty easy to avoid and/or fool.

Indeed, the witch has retreated for the moment and while her familiars are still around they aren't the strong ones she has.

I just hope Rocket Science and Nietos don't feel too left behind when they reapear.

Yeah, I think I'm going to call it a night. We can resume...sometime tomorrow, not sure when. Stupid classes and projects. But I saved a suicidal Akira. Yay, Natsumi.

As much fun as I'm having, it's getting to the point where the voice in my head telling me to get off tvtropes and get some sleep in becoming pretty hard to ignore, so I'm going to have to call it a night.

If you guys want to continue tonight, then you can probably just have Chiyo get knocked out or something, but this is it for me tonight.

It's been so surreal writing about Natsumi doing all this stuff, given my avatar...

Whoah, you guys RP FAST. Where I'm from, we're more used to the one-longer-post-a-day pace. That said, lockon, you shouldn't hesitate to control my character as well in your posts; timezones and all, so it helps smoothen the storytelling.

I'm not very sure what I can do with Kiyohiko right now, though. Last time he checked in class was still on, but now we're apparently halfway through a witch battle and there hasn't been so much as a mention of him. I don't think he can just jump in?

Since I'm in the same timezone as Lo Rd, my character can also be controlled by someone if necessary. Don't worry, I don't feel left behind either. It's only good that Tsubasa isn't in the middle of action right now - when you're most active, it's 6 AM here. XD; I have an exam coming up, too. (Curse you, History, Sexuality and Gender, curse youuuu!)
