This isn't like The Doom Panties arc where something was clearly diabolical going on with Chloe with the murder, dark rituals and just outright change in persona
Lamia/Layla is suppose to be The virgins weep, blood runs in the street, the sun is blacked out, Iron fisted tyrant. At the moment she's barely indistinguishable from Layla then normal -Do we call her Lamia or Layla? Its not a possession thing, Layla always was Lamia minus her memories-. Lamia was as bad as Blair keeps going on about... Ace should be missing a few limbs by now.
With the amount of dark forces popping up in this 'verse at the same time it's a wonder they all fit.
Its not at the same time EC had a 4 month Time skip.
