General Sonic The Hedgehog thread

I haven't yet had a chance to try it or the other console games (save Colors) that came out after Shadow the Hedgehog. I mean to get all of them and try them eventually though.

Wanderlust, you obviously haven't seen the topics miru made before they were locked and buried.

He settles on talking about a topic, and doesn't let it drop even outside of the topic, until some other random topic having to do with Sonic pops into his head. At that point, he has annoyed so many people that it's a wonder that anyone here keeps talking to him.

Repeat ad nauseum.

Lets all just agree to ignore the confusing and drop the subject.

Sonic and the Secret Rings you say, Komodin? Yeah, I've got it. The controls are a bit wonky, the stage design is rather repetitive and the story is cheesy in a bad way, but its a fun game overall. I can't say I haven't had a blast collecting fire souls and gold medals.

I've played it. It was... decent. Definitely the main thing keeping me playing after a while was just wanting to see it through to the end (which I didn't...) - the wonky controls got to me after a while. But still, when I say decent, I really mean it - it wasn't a bad game, just not a great one.

The last fight and last zone are kinda worth it, but only if the game doesn't lead you off via controls. The ending just... its so corny.

Eh, I thought the ending was cute...

A little while ago someone asked if sonic games were going to be on the 3ds, to which I didn't have actual information until now:

I don't really care if they come to VC, I want to know if they'll be eligible for the 3D remake thing. Surely Nintendo isn't the only one able to make those...

Komodin, after all that has occurred can you really have enough benefit of the doubt left in you to even consider trying to respond sanely to anything Miru says at this point?

• I just assumed you were talking about console or major handheld games. Mobile support isn't as unheard of.
• Could you not have just linked that in the earlier post? You've already said you "state your opinions", pretty much as facts, so we can't really put too much stock in some of what you say.
