(Well, double-whammy mystery for Homura - Fen with a mysterious bag that looks like it came from Wacdonald's, and that new girl over who just said her name was whom Archer had written about. Hmm...)

Homura: ...Ms. Fen. (nods a greeting, then somewhat obviously looks at the bag questioningly)
