Making a shark pool

One of my characters is in the process of making himself a shark pool by commandeering the pool of the hotel he stays in. But what would the practical difficulties of doing this be? Would you have to get rid of the chlorine? If so, how would one keep the pool clean?

I was planning on having Bull Sharks, so the salt water portion is at least bypassed.

Will people Jump The Sharks? And yes, the chlorine would have to be removed. Also, he's probably going to need to expand the pool to nearly four times its size.

How big is this pool? I doubt you could fit many sharks in a standard hotel pool.

It's probably easier to invest in pool sharks.

I was thinking of a pool about the size of that seen in Thunderball. Would that be enough for two Bull Sharks?

Yes, but the entire scenario is played for laughs. The guy owning the thing is pretty insane animal lover. He wants to make sure that the sharks don't feel lonley (I know sharks aren't pack animals, but good luck telling him that).

Why not just have him flood the entire lower floor of the hotel and let Sharky roam a bit?

That is remarkably in character... Maybe I'll do that.

Also, look up how they prep exhibits in aquariums (not the kind in your house; the tourist attraction kind).
