Remasters tend to go pretty bad.
From what I can tell, the other Star Wars game remasters (many of which were also done by Aspyr) have been pretty consistent with quality. The worst you could say is the recent Dark Forces remaster is overpriced for PC because you can just use a really good fan patch with the original version (which I think is still available on Steam and for cheaper) to get a near-identical result. And even then, the remaster was put on consoles when the original wasn't.
The Battlefront collection seems to be an anomaly.

It's not just the shovelware either. AAA — or "AAAA" — game releases haven't been doing so hot recently. Suicide Squad, Skull & Bones...
