Izumi might refer to Full Metal Alchemist? Not sure.

These may be stretches (I just used Google), but A. Shinohara may be Akari Shinohara or Asuma Shinohara. I. Tyson could be Isamu Tyson. N. Izumi might be Noa Izumi. And R. Hunter is Rick Hunter.
And I'm guessing you're getting shoutouts from Shogo: Mobile Armor Division?

Indeed, thanks.

I. Dyson is a reference to Isamu Dyson from Macross Plus.
"War Angel" makes me think of Battle Angel Alita, but Gally/Alita doesn't have red hair.

Working on an article with some anime Shout-Out references and trying to identify a few names given. It's circa 1998 and probably mostly sci-fi/mecha/military related.
I have atm:
Does a poster for a concert with a red haired girl "War Angel" mean anything to anyone?
I'll bring up any more I find. For example, there's an obvious Evangelion poster with a Rei expy working for "CURV".
