Bullshit. I am calling complete and total bullshit on those claims right now Barkey.

Because for the most part there isn't the great flood of migrants anymore, because we have lost a craptonne of jobs here. The secondary reason is that yes there are going to be one or two examples of criminal largesse. Guess what, that is one example out of an entire country. To try and cite it is ridiculous, espeically considering how they don't seem to know what the family has even done, who knows they could even be doctors.

I just get a bit exercised when people quote one example and then basically go "well you know" about a factor, because freakin' hell I want proof. As bad as the immigration problem got (and it didn't actually get that bad, for the most part the poles left Britain because of the downturn in the economy) the lazy solution of going "well the government is not doing anything so passive-aggresivly moaning about it will get something done" pisses me off to no end.
