To be honest, I'm not surprised you're not having identity issues. You were born a human, and you know you were born a human. Me? Unfortunately not.
As for your other issues... I spent some weeks traveling with a guy who I really didn't want to know I was a Sneasel. It was most definitely not easy to keep from him especially because Crow is just too damn suspicious all the time, but everything worked out. If you want my advice... if people are likely to miss you, tell them. You don't have to tell them about the superhero stuff, but tell them about the Pokemon thing. You could probably even say you've found some Pokemon willing to train you and you want to take advantage of it if you want. I guess that part's up to your squad. But I wouldn't keep it a secret if you can trust these guys. Trust me; Keeping Secrets Sucks.
-she gets up, yawning-

[Denshi's tail glows white as it tries to launch Voltorb somewhere, probably into the sea
Electrode had a different idea... Releasing a large jolt of electricity into the sky, which then strikes onto Denshi.]
