He looks at the source of the attack: A shiny Empoleon.

Shiny!Empoleon: <Ack! I can't go one second without someone getting in my way!>

-Everyone is now lined up near the park ranger and judges.-

Ranger: Alright, the judges have decided!

Human!Ammy: Here goes, miss Scyther...

Scyther: Don't worry, human lady! I'm too cool to NOT win!

Ranger: In third place... Tommy with his Paras!

-Umbra and Lina watch in anticipation. Ammy holds her breath.-

Ranger: In second place... Ammy with her Scyther!

Human!Ammy: Then who...

Ranger: And in first place... Archibald with his Caterpie!

-Archibald holds up his Caterpie to much applause and cheering-

Scyther: Hey, on the plus side you got an awesome Scyther, right?

Sickle: Sounds pretty sweet to me!
