(49 rushes to the forest and sees 50 smiling at him)

49: Why are you so happy?

50: Nothing... I was just happy to see you.

49: OK, I know you did something with Ember, now where is she?

50: I'll show you in a second, but first... I need you to make a little decision. I want a battle.

49: But I don't have any pokemon...

50: Not a pokemon battle... I want to see your capabilities as an android... so you could can be disposed of quickly.

49: A human battle? That's peculiar.

50: So, here's your choices... at this side, we have the Red Phoenix (The Red Phoenix came flying at 50's left) and on the other side... is the Red Ape (Suddenly, a rather large ape appeared t 50's right) So... who is your pick?

49: I... (Stares at both red beasts as they stare at him intimately) pick... (Points his finger at 50) you.

50: (Makes a creepy smile) Wrong decisions (Releases his arms turned into large blades and rushed at 49)

Katie: You're welcome! -smiles- So what are you guys up to?

- Shrugs -

Not much at the moment.

Katie: Oh. Yeah, the last few days have been kinda slow, haven't they?

- Nods -

Yeah... I'm hoping things will pick up again once we get to Lilycove.

Katie: What's in Lilycove? -notices Marionette moving, and jumps-

Well, there's a lot to do in Lilycove. There's a contest hall, and the department store, and an art museum.

Odette: <Sounds wonderful!>

Latias: Cool! I can buy more plushies!

Marionette: (chuckles)

Katie: It sounds like a lot of fun, there. -to Latias- You collect plushies? That's so cool!

Past

Comet: <Whoa, hold on a minute here. We're going to clone Lake?>

Treeo nods.

Treeo: <That's pretty much the gist of it.>

Comet crosses her arms.

Comet: <Well, it's a nice idea, I'll admit, but there's so many potential issues here. For one, wouldn't, er...their Nadia be given the chance to find someone she likes who isn't Lake? If anything, it would help differentiate you two. Because I bet you two don't want to be exactly the same as each other.

Also, Lake? Do you really want another you running around? Somemon exactly the same as you in almost every way? Because then you wouldn't be unique anymore. And while there's nothing wrong with that, it would make you a bit less...special.>

Lake pauses, thinking Comet's words over for a few seconds.

Lake: <Well, even if I was cloned, I bet that my clone wouldn't turn out just like I am. Our bodies may be the same, but in the end, it's what we go through that shapes our personalities in the end.>

Treeo grins at this.

Treeo: <Well said, Lake.>

Comet: <Hmm. You make a good point.>

Comet shifts her glance to Droppel!Nadia.

<What about you? What do you think?>

Latias: (nods) Uh-huh! And not just plushies, I collect a whole lot of other stuff too! (giggle) Some of the other Latii find it a bit weird, probably partially due to some of the random stuff I've picked up over time, but I don't care what they think. I enjoy doing it!

Katie: What kind of stuff?

(50 rushed at 49, when 49 jumped in the air and landed in one of the trees)

49: Damn. Didn't know I could jump so high.

(50 jumped into the treetops as well, while trying to stab 49 with his blade arms, however, 49 dodged the attack)

(49 runs across the treetops with 50 following him)

(49 quickly grabs a branch to defend himself, while 50 simply slashes the stick)

(Then, 49 fell to the ground, with 50 afterwards)

50: (Looking around for 49) Oh, Fourtynine... where are you? (49 is hiding behind a tree) I just want to choke you with your own circuiting. (50 tripped over something and fell to the ground) AH! Who did that?!? (Sees that a Pidgey tripped him) Aw, silly Pidgey. (Grabbed the Pidgey in his head and used his blade to decapitate the bird)

(50 licked the blood off his knife)

Latias: Well... Things like, a stop sign, a piece of metal, some empty cardboard boxes, a feather duster, a door knob, among other things.

Past

<Doppelganger!Nadia: "Er... Well it seems kinda... Direct... But I guess it would be ni-">

<Mew: "Excellent then! Let's get started!">

-And plucks a scale from Lake-

<Doppelganger!Nadia: "WAIT! MY TRAINER-">

-Mew performs some black magic makes a few gestures and a Totodile egg begins to form from the scale-

<Doppelganger!Nadia: "... Can't understand us..."

-Aside-

Call: "... What's going on? And is that an egg that that thing is making?">

Lake: <HEY! We're not done talking yet...>

The Feraligatr facepalms, letting out a sigh.

<...Oh well, at least it's sorted this whole issue out, I guess.>

Treeo: <Even if we did jump to conclusions.>

Comet: <Gee, I hope all the legendaries aren't like this.>

Woolly: <Hmm. I wonder if I could get Mew to make me and Unite an egg?>

Stratus: <You could always ask...>

Woolly shakes her head.

Woolly: <Not now. When we're ready.>

Stratus: <Oh...>

Katie: You'll have to show me, sometime. -grins-

Ferry to Lilycove

Announcer: "...and just because I feel like charging overtime, we are turning around at every corner and following the coastline exactly. Enjoy your trip."

Sol: <...zzz...> — curled around the egg.

Silent is sleeping on a hammock, Lileep anchored to his hair, swinging tentacles at the sun.

Lileep: <...Go away! Wooooooosh!>

Latias: Sure! (grins)

(49 looks at 50 from behind the tree whom doesn't see him)

49: Hm... (Looks at the tree he was hiding behind) maybe, this can be helpful. (Bangs his arm against the tree to tip it over)

50: (Looking around for 49) Where is that bastard? (A tree trunk falls on 50)

49: Wow... I'm stronger than I look. (Makes a smile)

(50 cuts the tree and gets back up as 49's smile turned to a frown)

Katie: -sits down, and watches the field, happily chatting with DS' Latias about her collection-

This morning

-is in a state of flux, constantly shifting between being alive, dead, a loyal member of Team Aqua, a disloyal member of Team Aqua, and a member of Team Ozone-

Marmalade: -is both definitely alive and definitely a Magma sympathizer, though she doesn't feel that the land really needs expanding-

Salamence: -is a fluffy bird-dragon-

Past

-The egg finishes forming-

<Mew: "There! That should do it... Now I should really be gone now... Being a deity isn't easy, you know!">

-And teleports away-

<Celebi: "... I should get going myself...">

-And also vanishes-

Call: "What just happened?"

"... Er... I think that the Mew wanted you to take the egg?"

-Aside, to Lake-

<Thibodaux: "Psst! What were you like when you were little anyways?">

Lake, realizing that Doppel!Nadia and her team we're now going to have to deal with him as a hatchling, glances down at the ground, looking rather awkward.

Lake: <Well, the best advice I can give you is to not place your hands anywhere near my, er...mouth unless...actually, just don't put your hands near his mouth.>

He pauses.

...Actually, don't put anything near his mouth. At all.>

"Oh...yeah! I'm sure the Totodile in that egg is going to be an awesome teammate. You'll be lucky to have it, trust me."

Yukikaze: <Who cares? It's so much nicer than being in that harsh sunlight.>

Pianis: Well, I don't think we'll be finding out anything here. Let's go back to that arena where Forte was.
