With no one left to oppose her, Shahinne claimed ownership of the inn. All humans were made to bow down before her adorableness and pay tribute to her in nuts and berries. As decreed by Overlord Shahinne, any Pidgeys seen on the property were to be called silly and mocked accordingly; the same was to go for Dragonite and Krabby. Failure to adhere to these rules would result in    PECKING   .

And thus, the rule of Shahinne came to be known as The Pecking Order.
