Hmm... Maybe go for a walk? Maybe we'd find something to do on the way?

... Anom hasn't really been out of the hotel this last few days while adjusting to his/her new body. While he/she is still awkward about it, it seems he/she is at least a bit more comfortable with it, since it seems that he/she is ready to start telling some of the others about his/her situation.

-The Luxio jumps off of Ori's arm, and bites into the capture styler, causing it to burst into flames-

Kim!

-Tackles the Luxio, pulling it away-

Stop it!

-laughs-

But imagine how awkwardthat date wouod be... Maybe I should just ask him.

Kim: Ahh! *the Styler catches flame and explodes* My Styler!

Clover: Kim! *comes over to shield her in case the Luxio tries to attack again*

Glaze: *getting irritated* <Cut it out!> *shoots Luxio with Swift*

Katie: Well, it will be adorable, whichever way you choose to go.

So....a walk perhaps?

-The Luxio pounces on Glaze, breathing fire on him-

GAO!

-I jump on the Luxio, putting it into a headlock, as it sets me on fire-

ARGH! KIM, RUN!

- Nods -

Kumquat Plaza

-I am letting Ichtacya and Dintel play around while I check some messages in my Pokégear. I decide to ignore the PEFE switchboard until I'm finished sending the permit for Pentigan's testing, it's not like anything important has happened, right?-

Besides, I'm on vacation. Someone else can take care of whatever problem, at least for today...

-Shahinne and Copahue fly back to us, with Algira promptly following-

Shahinne — <Trainer! Look! Look!> — proudly presents me with a berry.

— Oh? What['s] what?

Algira — <She got that from somewhere.>

-I pick up the berry, it's round and yellow but unlike the Sitrus or other similar berries, it has a protuberance on top and crossed peeling-

— Oh... where did you get this, Shahinne?

-Shahinne chirps proudly-

Shahinne — <I got this because I'm [cute]!>

-stares at Copahue-

Copahue — <Err... we flew to a building, there were many Pidgey there and this [old] lady was feeding them bread and berries...>

Shahinne — <And we went there and the Pidgey were all chatting and eating!>

-Algira lands on my backpack and searches for my Pokégear-

Copahue — <Then the lady saw Shahinne and she was all like, "hwhat kind of bird [is] that?" So you know what did Shahinne do? She sung a couple of notes for her.>

Shahinne — <But the [other] Pidgey didn't like!> — leaps in to hug me.

Copahue — <They tried to annoy her to leave, but I didn't let them...>

Algira — half her body inside my backpack — <You did a good job there...>

— I see... — frowns, picks up Shahinne to examine her — What happened after that?

Copahue — <Well, the old lady returned and gave Shahinne that berry, she said she was very cute but that she had to go. So I brought her back here.>

-Seeing that Shahinne is OK, I sit her again on Copahue's head, she looks happy at the berry-

— Hmmm... looks [like] an interesting berry... Let me see...

-I pick up my Pokégear from my side-

Algira — <...> — faceantennæs.

-I start checking my Pokégear, but not finding anything after a while-

— Looks like I'll have to connect to PEFE... do we leave this until later?

Copahue — a bit concerned — <...It is a nice thing, right? It isn't poisonous, stat-lowering or anything?>

Hmmm... I could have Maekrite simply sniff it up...

-Copahue and Shahinne stare-

— It'll be OK. It's yours, Shahinne so you get to keep it. But I would be very glad if you show it to me tomorrow, right?

Shahinne — <♬~> — picks the berry and flies under Copahue's lap.

-I turn off the Pokégear and save it in my backpack, with Algira watching intently-

-smiles-

I wonder what he wants to do...

Katie: You would have to ask him. I have no idea what boys plan when they're going on dates.

-Starts walking outside-

Neither do I. I've never dated anyone before.

I wonder where he is. Probably with Every somewhere. I hope his team isn't giving him a hard time...

-a thought suddenly strikes me-

What if the fangirls find out about this?!

- Follows Tagg, with Anom presumably coming with us as well -

Did she say that out loud?

No, she was just thinking.

Katie: Something wrong?

Well...

You saw the fansites, right? You know our fans are kind of insane. I threatened them with Anakin once.

But if they find out about this...

They've become normal since we defeated Suefisk, but Katie doesn't know that, so...

Katie: Oh, dear. That would not be good.

Glaze: *manages to breathe some ice to shield himself from a majority of the flames, but still gets injured* <Urgh...>

Kim: Glaze! *Ori catches on fire* Ori! *tries to think* Shoot...what do I do...?

Rattata A: <Hey, the guys who helped us are in trouble!>

Rattata B: <Let's help them!>

~the Rattata swarm the Luxio, driving it away from Ori~

Kim: *takes off her jacket and uses it to smother the flames on Ori; carries him away, Glaze and Clover following*

Yeah.

... Let's hope they don't have a way of spying on us.

Katie: If what Mezzo told me when we were searching the stories is true, your fans haven't been that crazy lately, though. Maybe they won't even notice?

Let's hope. It'll be nice to have normal fans.
