Odette: (smiles and nods) <And Guardé too!>

Tulip: (giggles) <Of course, yes.>

Kim: *watching the trainers trade with Silent* He said PEFE, right? Sounds like some kind of research organization. Maybe I should ask him for information. *wanders over to him* Excuse me, I was wondering if I could ask you some questions?

Clover: *still carrying the Minun in the blankets; bounces over as well*

~Meanwhile, at sea~

Aqua: *swimming alongside Laplace, giggling wildly* <This is so awesome!> *dives under the water, before rising back to the surface with a splash* <Whee!>

Rascal: *watching her with a smile* <You seem to be having fun.>

Aqua: <Mhm!> *swims over, grinning up at him* <Papa, you don't like water right? Does that mean I'm stronger than you now?>

Rascal: *bats one of her ears with his paw playfully* <Maybe.>

Aqua: *whoops* <Woohoo! I'm stronger than daddy~>

Rex: Hmmm, maybe I should call Silent again. I don't want him abducting Lyra or something. *dials his number*

Meanwhile, somewhere else...

- Ribbons is still wandering around somewhere -

Ribbons: (sighs) <I'll never find my way out...> (the white ribbon like feelers on her body flash white) <Huh?>

- Ribbons notices a familiar looking golden eyed teenage girl with red hair. Said girl is currently carrying an Applejack plushie in her arms and is happily humming to herself -

Ribbons: <Hey, that's...!> (immedietly walks over to her) <Latias!>

Latias: Huh? (notices Ribbons) Ribbons? (grins) Oh, hi Ribbons! (runs up and glomps Ribbons)

Ribbons: (chuckles and hugs back) <Good to see you again, Latias.>

Latias: Good to see you too! Is DS with you? (looks around)

Ribbons: (shakes her head) <No, not at the moment.>

Latias: Oh... Well, still nice to see you again, though. I've missed you all!

Ribbons: (smiles, glancing at the plushie) <I see you finally found Applejack?>

Latias: (nods) Yep!

Ribbons: <That's nice.> (looks around) <Is your sister here too?>

Latias: Yeah! Well, she's not here, but we did travel to the islands together!

Ribbons: <Really?>

Latias: (nods) Yeah, Susan invited us!

Ribbons: <So, I suppose the reason you're out here on your own is because you're searching for stuff to bring back to your collection in Oblivia?>

Latias: (giggles) You sure know me well!

Ribbons: <... Hey, Latias? Could you do me a favor? I seem to have gotten lost... Can you show me the way out of this area?>

Latias: Sure! No problem! (lets the illusion drop and changes into her true form) <Follow me!>

- Ribbons lets Latias guide her out of the area -

-is waiting for Anom and DS at the bottom-

-Finishes yet another trade-

Come on... can't find that girl yet and I have like 20 Rattata already...

-At the same time my Pokégear starts ringing, but I put it on hold-

Ichtacya — wanders around sniffing — <Combee, Rattata, Oddish, Cubone, Rattata, Wurmple, Rattata, Rattata... oh, a Teddiursa?> — goes following a random woman.

Rex: C'mon, c'mon, pick up...

Aqua: <I wonder what kind of new moves I have now.> *hops up on Laplace's shell and tries practicing some techniques*

~At the Center~

Kim: I was looking into a possible disturbance in the region. Have you seen any unusual activity or heard about any rumors of a dangerous Pokemon?

Clover: *cradling Minun back and forth, singing a lullaby*

Minun: *sleeping*

-to Kim-

— Disturbance? Well... Zapdos went on a thunderstorm frenzy yesterday, but beyond that...

-Ichtacya suddenly comes around, carrying a draw made by a Pokémon-

Ichtacya the Leafeon — <Pssst! Some Pokémon here are talking about a bug-eater monster that got to the islands!>

— Hmmm? — notices the sign, then turns to Kim — Ah yes... there's some indication that someone [smuggled] a dangerous Pokemon into the islands... — shrugs — probably a really glutton Seviper or Arbok.

Ichtacya — <Psst! The bugs here say it is a [wood] monster!>

-frowns and gets kinda frozen there, not knowing if or how to relay that piece of information...-

-The Pokegear [keeps] ringing-

Receptionist — to Ori — Fine then, please sit there and I'll let the Gym Leader know. We've just have had another challenger so it'll take her a second to get ready.

Alakazam — shrugs — <It was just blue. Come on, there's so [many Fire Types] complaining for Stealth Rock these days...>

Luana — to Ori — Welcome to the Kumquat Gym, my name is Luana and I can see you are eager. The rules are simple: — points to her two Pokémon — we face our teams of two Pokémon in battle, and your mons must work together to defeat mine. The battle ends with a victory for the first team that manages to fell one of the opposing team's members.

Pinsir — <Yeah, that means not us.>

Alakazam — <We should be more careful this time...>

-Luana steps back and her Pokémon step in to the battleground-

— And who might you be? You wouldn't want to know anyone who wants to trade a Luxio, right?

Kim: Me? I'm just your average, everyday Pokemon Ranger. And, although I do have a Luxio, I'm not really interested in trading her. Sorry.

Clover: *bounces up to Ichtacya, smiling warmly at her* <Hello.>

-Wastes no time-

Beat, Sucker Punch! Mama, Aqua Jet!

-The two comply, Beat decking Alakazam before he can react, and Mama catapulted into it, surrounded by a nimbus of water-

If I can take out the Alakazam, Pinsir will fall like a house of cards...

-raises an eyebrow-

-Ichtacya sits on the ground, letting go the drawing when she sees Clover-

Ichtacya — <Oh, hello there! I'm an [Eeveelution]! :3> — offers a paw for salutation.

-at the Bug Meeting-

Random Mothim — <We have to be very careful! I wish I could tell my Trainer, but she's so forgetful...>

Random Beedrill — flies around menacingly — <Well if that weird tree thing lands here, it's gonna not have it easy.> — stinger to the heavens — Who the heck [does] it think we are?>

Algira — <I think we should be more concerned to let the peoplemons in the southern islands know, too...>

Random Butterfree — <Oh don't worry about that, I heard the Gyarados sent a group of Taillow to spread the news to the [Mandarin Islands]....>

Kumquat Gym

Luana — Well then, guys! Begin with a Zap Cannon! Pinsir, active cover!

-Pinsir dashes forwards trying to headbutt while Alakazam floats behind charging a Zap Cannon, but something flies around and the Alakazam is [Sucker Punch'd]-

Alakazam — <Ooohhh~!> — falls to the ground, the attack disspelled — <Darn dark-non-evil types! Pinsir!>

-Pinsir skids back, forgetting about Mama, and tries to Brick Break Beat-

Luana — That was fast. Alakazam, let's switch! You prepare the cover this time!

-Alakazam hovers away to a safe distance and casts a yellow light that protects him and Pinsir-

-Is busy using Hydreigon to sniff out DS and Anom-

<They certainly are taking a while.>

Kim: *finds the question a little odd, but decides to oblige since he's been helpful* Well, it was a couple of months ago, I guess. She followed me home from the Vien Forest, and she's been with me ever since.

Clover: *shakes with her left ear* <Oh, I know. We have a Leafeon on our team too!> *grins* <You look just like Blossom~>

Minun: *mumbles in his sleep* <Mmm, snow cones...>

- Is still climbing down, it is taking suprisingly long for us to get down from there -

Hey, Anom? You wanted to catch an Aipom right? Since we helped these ones out like this, I'm sure convincing one of them to join you shouldn't be too hard...

Tulip: (is on my shoulder, trying not to fall off) <... Hey, is that Wolf down there, yes?>

-back at the bug meeting, some Pokémon are starting practising random moves, which scares the Pokécenter personnel a little-

-Sprouts wings and flies off-
