<Nadia: "So... You mentioned something about a demonstration?">

Lake: -Nuzzles back, blushing.- <Yeah. Just let me get ready, first.>

-Lake takes a few steps back.-

Lake: <Here we go...>

-Lake blows a bubble for himself.-

Lake: <There. Shield's up. Now, Nadia, try using one of your attacks on me.>

<Nadia: "... Um... A-Are you sure about this Lake? I mean, I'm not exactly a weakling...">

<Sonny: "... That's a relative term, da?">

<Lardna: "Can't you ever be supportive?">

Lake: <Relax, I'll be fine. Besides, I've kinda' wanted to see you use your attacks. But don't worry about me. Just think of me as a punching bag or something.>

Maekrite (snorts) — <I'd rather see that bird and his girl as punching bags...> — to Lake — <Come on, Lake! Let's see it!>

<Nadia: "B-But... Okay... Um... Did you just want me to use a normal attack? Or...">

<Toothless: "I think that he'll be fine either way, Nadia...">

-Aside-

<Milo: "NO... He wants you to spam Dragon Dance six times fir- OW!">

-Is bludgeoned by Kat-

<Kat: "Keep your trap shut, weasel boy!">

Lake: <Nah, try something like...Ooh, Dragon Claw! You know that, right?>

<Nadia: "Okay...">

-Nadia runs up and attempts to use Dragon Claw on the bubble-

-Lake's bubble wobbles as it takes the attack, but holds firm.-

Lake: <Whoa! You were right, you're not a weakling.> -Smiles.- <I like that.>

-Nadia blushes-

<Nadia: "Heh... Um... How do you get out of that thing anyways?">

Hey, Fool! What are you up to?

Bluh, sorry. Internet went wonky there.

Nevermore: <There! It's the girl with the strange Murkrow.>

Uh huh, and?

Nevermore: <Well, what are you doing?>

Um, did you want me to do something?

Nevermore: <I want to talk to that Murkrow.>

You're not going to recruit him. He's already owned by another trainer. But I guess we can say hi anyway.

-walks over to Fool and Wolf-

Lake: <Well, Suicune taught me this yesterday that if I concentrate, I can make this bubble behave like a liquid rather than a solid. So that means I can do this...>

-Lake goes up to the inside of his bubble, places a hand on it, then stick it though.-

Lake: <Without it bursting. So I can stay in here whilst still being able to use my attacks. What do you think of that?>

-Is on his laptop...somewhere-

-Eventually makes way to the park-

Hey, Mezzo. How're you?

-To Lake-

<Nadia: "OH! So... It's like Substitute, then?">

Lake: <Yeah, pretty much. It just looks cooler, And I can blow them at other Pokémon to trap them. As you saw with those birds.> -Smirks.- <Hmm...I can use that concentration thing to get other Pokemon in here. Do you want to...Come in?>

Been bored all day. There hasn't been much to do. What about you?

<Nadia: "I'd love that Lake...">

-Draws near to the bubble-

Lake: <Okay, Hang on...>

-Lake phases through, grabbing Nadia with both hands.-

Lake: -Heaves.- <URGH!!!> -Manages to pull her in.- <PHEW! Oh!> -Looks awkward.- <Um...I'm not implying you're heavy or anything...>
