Let's see
You're gonna want more than just fifty shades of blue I can tell you that much, especially if you're keeping the blue hair. Generally if you're going for neutral you're gonna want to include something grayscale. Like keep one layer black, white, or gray, not blue. Idk how worried you are about breaching Pef's domain of color (or lack thereof) but if you really wanna stay away from gray itself then white or black is a good bet. honestly tho gray should be totally fine bc like. there's enough of everything else different that it won't be a big deal
also, and this is the most important part

jean jackets are cool and Peak Bi Aesthetic but you can't wear blue pants along with them. you just cant. it's a rule. you gotta obey the rules.
