So yeah, we've got a villain ripped out of a story leading other villains who may or may not be from other stories and they've caused the dimensional rippage. Glad to have someone helping.

-her voices catches, and she blinks a couple times before continuing-

-PEFE!Every takes a deep breath, and sends out Cytosol-

-PEFE!Every scoops up the Solosis-

Cytosol: <Someone's feeling clingy.>

PEFE!Every: Mmm. I need you to check Jacob's mind. We think there may be some traces of Chaos remaining, which would be unfortunate if we need to use a Chaos fragment against Tragedy.

Cytosol: <...Jeez. Okay.>

-she locks eyes with Jacob-

-Inside the package is a rock. Not just any rock, mind, but a Hard Rock. Granted, it could just be any old rock wrestled from the paws of a Zigzagoon by a reckless Obscura ghost too dumb to know the difference, but it seems to be of sufficient Hardness to qualify it as a Hard Rock.-

From Colt’s jacket, still on Talbain’s body, Amaterasu’s Pokéball opened as she materialized and howled, Drought activating and warming the area up, which served to give Talbain’s Fire Fang some flair.

She also allocated a wisp to her tails, ready to tag out if Talbain would be incapacitated.

Cytosol: <Clean yourself up next time you're expecting guests.>

-she withdraws from Jacob's mind, shuddering-

PEFE!Every: Well?

Cytosol: <He's clean. I think you're worried over nothing.>

-PEFE!Every is silent for a while-

PEFE!Every: ...Right. I apologize, then.

-she takes the gun back from Jacob, letting Spark out-

Spark: <Whew! It was exceptionally cramped in there, I don't mind saying.>

-she climbs onto PEFE!Every's head-

PEFE!Every: The gun is a fake. This whole interaction was an attempt to bait Chaos. I thought that, if I handed off the gun at the exact moment of accusing you, and there was truth to it, you'd attempt to shoot me. Spark could have turned off the power supply, then overclocked it to most likely render you unconscious. I've got the real fragment at the PEFE HQ; the weapon should likely be ready in under a week.

-she sees the expression wash over his face. She's a very observant person, after all. That said, there's a rather parsimonious explanation for it-

-He waves and turns around-

-And then Cytosol-

-Jacob crumples to the ground and Regina's eyes flash as Cytosol is immediately impeded by a second Psychic-

-Before that though-

-She gets just as far as she did before, seeing the exact same images flash on by, and then hits at deeper things-

-Fear, anger-

-Though there is happiness there too-

-A large bloom of joy at recent events, the wedding, getting back up with the gang-

-And then she's spat out-

-Jacob leaps to his feet, eyes wild- "... Why?"

-He starts walking back up to Every- "Why?! You still don't trust me??"
