I have an idea to beat this guy, but we're gonna need to distract them for a bit. First, we're gonna bring down those walls.

Vierr: You were unconscious outside the gym, along with this guy. My Murkrow would have pecked your liver out if you weren't right next to Mason while his team tried to slap him awake.

Henry: <You two really need to learn there's better places to take a nap than on the ground!>

He bent forward and stared Pent in the eye, "So, you wanna cut through the nonsense and just get to the castle? Well I'm sorry but things aren't gonna go that easily... but I do have a offer, a compromise..."

Jester turned serious, "A deal of sorts, make it easier for everyone. The Galant Groudon is dealt with and the Grand Darkrai was impressive, you know about my attempts to rewrite your Pen Pal so I have a offer."

Jester stood up straight and overlooked everyone, "I will transport you all instantly to your next destination if you wish... while one of you comes to my castle to be a Gladiator for sport. Get to see what I'm up to and to understand why..."

-Magnus the Legendary demands that his Pokemon move quickly!-

-The Mr. Mime and Metagross wince with mental strain before using Ally Switch to trade places, resulting in Mr. Mime taking most of the attacks. He's quickly floored by the sheer volume of attacks, while his partner stays standing from the much smaller volume of attacks.-

-The Brick Breaks shatter the Reflect and Light Screen, for now!-

-Magnus's brow furrows underneath his visor.-

Magnus the Legendary: More persistent than I gave you credit for.

-He sends out a Musharna, decked out in an Assault Vest. The Musharna releases a Dazzling Gleam while the slightly injured Metagross uses an Earthquake, which the Musharna dodges via Telepathy. Dune patiently waits for the Earthquake to stop before sending out Ajax the Tyranitar.-

Ajax: <So... it's come to this, then.>

Dune: You ready?

-Ajax looks at his Tyranitarite.-

-Meanwhile, Ludmilla rounds the corner, likely with Neon in tow. Magnus's visored eyes glare at the two from across the battlefield.-

-Deziree has done the inconceivable and summoned the most destructive member of her team to speed up the demolition.-

-Neither Breeze nor Xeno are affected by the Earthquake. Breeze takes the Dazzling Gleam without a lot of stress, but Xeno-

Ever: One attack. And it wasn't even super effective.

PEFE!Every: He's not a fighter.

Ever: Then why oh why did you bring him on a raid?!

-she sends out Sharptooth-

-he hurls another Shadow Ball at the Metagross-

-Another Templar comes to fight Armbeetle mid-frenzy.-

Armbeetle: {Haven't had enough, huh?}

Templar: ~I know not what you are, but your destruction ends now!~

-He bombards Armbeetle's mind with Extrasensory. Armbeetle cringes, but stays upright.-

Armbeetle: {Urgh... Looks like it's time to teach you guys rule two!}

-He approaches the Templar, grabs him, and slams him into the ground.-

Templar: Hrk—!!

Armbeetle: {A Pokemon, especially an alien Pokemon, will always be better in a fight than a— }

-Unfortunately for Armbeetle, he did not notice the Omniband symbol on his chest flashing red, and he is engulfed in a flash of crimson light.-

Evan: ...Human. Urgh, why did it have to be now?!

-The templar looks at Evan as he reverts back, bloodlust in his eyes.-

Templar: ~You... you're just a kid! I'll have fun destroying you!~

Evan: Uh, you don't suppose we could call a truce, do you?

-The Templar forms a blade on his arm out of psychic energy.-

Vierr: Kid, watch out!

-A spark of Obscura explodes in the Templar's face, and Vierr jumps between him and Evan.-

Templar: ~You... ohoho, they'll be interested in you. I know I am!~

Vierr: Sorry, I'm taken.

-He blocks a Psycho Cut swipe with a Dark Obscura barrier, than crouches and lands a Shadow Punch right in the Templar's abdomen.-

Templar: Oof!

-Vierr finishes off the disoriented Templar by grabbing his arm, lighting him up with Psychic energy, and then lifting him with a telekinetic boost and slamming him into the ground behind him.-

Evan: Whoa.

-For good measure, Vierr stomps on the now-unconscious Templar's face and breaks his nose, then turns to Evan.-

Vierr: Listen, you just stick with me for a bit. Got it?

-Evan just sorta nods and follows after Vierr.-

Driftveil Pokemon Center — Probably the present? Idk

Mason: I beg your pardon?

Vierr: All right, okay. Corrin. Welcome to the world of Pokemon. I'm not a professor so I can't tell you much about it.

-Corrin gives Vierr a confused look.-

Corrin: <I... what? Pokemon? World?>

Mason: Don't ask me, I'm just as lost now.

Vierr: Dude, obviously she's a Faller, that much is obvious. And I know where she's from. Have you met Robin?

Mason: Never heard of him.

Corrin: <I've heard of a "Robin". He was the hero of Ylisse, wasn't he— wait, which kingdom am I in?>

Vierr: None of them. You're in a region called Unova.

Corrin: <Unova... I've never heard of this region. What continent is it on?>

Vierr: ...All right, we're going to have to give you the existential crisis bit by bit. Let's start with "you're from another world".

-Corrin stares.-

Henry: <As it turns out, we're actually from— >

Vierr: Henry, she can get that detail later after she's processed the easy stuff. Preferably another day.

Henry: <Oh, fine.>

Corrin: <Wait, hold on— how am I able to understand the murk crow? Do murk crows always speak our language?>

Vierr: ...Uh, have you, like, noticed your body yet?

Corrin: <Noticed my...>

-She stops, and looks down at her hands — or rather, her claws.-

Corrin: <I'm...>

Vierr: Here, mirror for the full dramatic reveal.

-He grabs a mirror out of his bag.-

Mason: You just have that?

-Corrin stares in the mirror, shocked at her new, unfamiliar form.-

Corrin: <I...>

-And then she passes out again.-

-Gudrunn digs through the chest untill she finds a Leaf Stone, a strange Hyul energy weapon, and a Dusk Stone-

Gudrunn: -grinning- Perfect.

Molph: <Wait, what do you mean per->

-he is thwacked on the head by the Dusk Stone and starts glowing. Gudrunn brandishes the energy weapon and sends out Egghead-

Egghead: <Yes? What do you require my brilliance for?>

Gudrunn: -holds up the Leaf Stone- It's tiiime~

Colt mentally kicked himself for not buying Pokeballs for them both, having to chase after Sunny while Natu just remained on his shoulder, unblinking. They might get noticed, they might not. Who knows?

-Corrin yelps as she realizes everything is... exactly like it was when she passed out. The one difference is that Vierr is by the window, talking on his phone.-

Vierr: Oh, you don't need it anymore anyway? Cool, cool. Think she could borrow it? Her name's Corrin, she's a— well, she's from Robin's world, let's put it that way. ... Yes, that Robin. Best not to mention the details to her, she just got here. ... No, she's not a human, that's the problem, she needs the one that turns her into one, that's the whole point of this. ... -He hangs up, and turns to Corrin.-

Vierr: I dunno if you'd call this a lucky day, Corrin, but for idiomatic purposes, today's your lucky day! Skye's coming to help you go back to human-ness.

Henry: <Hey, hold on, how come dragon girl gets to use one of those armband thingies but you're not letting me try it out?>

Vierr: Because I don't trust you one bit.

-She pulls out the P-H armband she used up until she got glitched into permanent human form.-

-Regardless, she puts the armband on. In a glow of light, she changes form, until finally, her human form is revealed.◊-

Natalie is currently interrogating a Templar. He currently has a broken hand and a broken arm.

-The Metagross descend into a massive brawl with all of the attacking Pokemon, though it's obvious that with their trainer distracted they're losing ground fast.-

Dune: Alright, Ajax! LET'S GO!

-The hallway explodes in pink light before a roar splits the ears of everyone nearby.-

-Ajax uses Payback!-

-The massive, spiked kaiju roars through the brawl and slams one of the Metagross so far down the hallway that the two oncoming Templars need to duck to avoid getting hit.-

Delphi Ten-Eyes: ~You don't look like you're doing so well there, Magnus.~

Cassidy the Masterpiece: ~Indeed, it almost looks like the entire base you had been entrusted with has been turned into a hideous mockery of a slag heap.~

-Magnus scowls at the newcomers.-

Magnus the Legendary: I do NOT need your help.

-The young girl, Delphi Ten-Eyes, floats forward. She sits on a metal and glass orb, and her head is covered in a mask very similar to the head of a Claydol, turning and spinning to different visors at its owner's unspoken command.-

Delphi Ten-Eyes: ~You misunderstand, Magnus. We are not here to help you.~

-The young man woman person beside the floating oracle steps forward, a clearly defined jawline and high cheekbones framed by immaculate flaxen hair and a voice that could make Kaito melt be likened to an angel's. The dust and debris of the fight drifts around him, but never makes contact, like the eye of a storm that's biding its time.-

Cassidy the Masterpiece: ~We are here to tell you that you failed.~

-Magnus blinks.-

-Dune has no idea what is being telepathed but he at least gets the gist that they just told him something he didn't expect to hear.-

-Ludmilla, meanwhile, is frozen stock still as it feels like a million little eyes analyze and judge her. Neon likely feels the same sensation as Delphi Ten-Eyes' visor rotates and flickers between visors and lenses.-

-Somehow, Kaito gets the feeling they're missing something that vaguely pertains to them, in a way that makes them blush.-

-Probably nothing.-

-Breeze picks one of the remaining Metagross and dispenses with the formalities, directly attacking its mind to try and keep it from acting-

PEFE!Every: They'll get hurt...

Ever: That's kind of the risk run when you do things like this.

PEFE!Every: ...Right. Cytosol. Help Breeze.

Cytosol: <Thought you'd never ask.>

-she floats out from inside PEFE!Every's coat, focuses, and assists Breeze in attacking the Metagross's mind-

-Well with a majority of the place's attackers and defenders all concentrated in two different areas, Pent kinda feels safe to go wandering around the base looking for things to scrap and salvage for his own u-

~Ti ti ti ti...~

-Pent stops and shivers, he wasn't alone in here and given the tone and method of that laughter it was either a Templar or some other School project-

~A fellow swordsman. Do you hear her too?~

-The source of the mental query drops down from the ceiling. It's definitely a Templar, but one who's wrapped itself up in layers of flexible, glistening armor sheeting that seems to render their senses blind and deafened-

Hear what?

~The mother whispers to me. The others deny themselves in chatter and noise.~

-Pent is concerned, much concerned. And well once the strangely-armored Templar goes for a blade strapped to it's back, Pent is quick to match the gesture-

It's a fight then?

~If you wish to call it that. I wish to call it slaughter.~

-It releases the still sheathed blade, causing a little confusion to Pent before it surges forward, now holding a pure Auric blade instead! There's no time to get out of the way, Pent can only just...-

~CLANG~

-Block. Horseman's steel ringing out against cutting energy before the Auric blade relents, it's swordsman leaping back with inhuman dexterity-
