Silas felt someone staring at him, not auric power or anything, just a natural feeling everyone seemed to have. He looked over and saw a individual in a Mimikyu costume, he blinked and walked over. Pulling out his P-Droid and turning off his music selection ([PERSONA 5] of course) and stepping over.

"Hello there, who are you?"

Alola League Pokemon Center

Suddenly, a synthetic androgyn voice rings through the speakers of the Pokemon Center.

•We interrupt your daily dosis of Halloween for an important message.

Once again the building loses his light. Suddenly, music starts to play.

Cynthia appears first in a puff of white smoke. She seems to be glowing of an unnatural color, and is currently wearing a very sophisticated opera dress as well as a small Venitian mask. She sings the female voice surprisingly well in human. Then suddenly the voice Phaz begins to appear somewhere in the speakers, inbetween Silas and SN.

   Phaz: "Here comes... The Phantom of the Opéra~!"   

He appears in a puff of white smoke with Ashley, floating above the others, supported by Cynthia's powers, seemingly strolling, while singing in a costume comprised of a Victorian like suit, a dramatic trenchcoat and a feathered mask, aml of it in a very dark blue, illuminated by Cynthia's powers and Ashley's lights, making his face appear all the more ghastly... The music passes, the light comes back, and he swiftly lands on the floor, bowing as if he finished a Contest representation.

Phaz: "Hello to everyone!"

He seems to enjoy this a lot. Next to him, Ashley has been "dressed" in a Victorian styled Chandelure, Embry with a small knight helmet, and Volta and Takumi wearing both two small hats.

Phaz: "I hope you enjoyed this~!"

Lanakila Center

Colton and his ‘mons that wanted in on the festivities had entered a little before the lumbering figure. They didn’t really want to draw much focus to themselves - at least their trainer didn’t - but the mere size of their entourage kinda threw that notion to the wind.

Or not, who knew.

Malie Center

Pleth: <See, that sounds healthy.>

-the second Echo enters the room, PEFE!Every starts talking-

PEFE!Every: I just wanted to say I'm sorry about not being able to get you the drive I know people were counting on me to actually like be an informant but now Izaya actually has the thing and I still don't know what's on it at all and I know I should have said something before but I didn't want to bother anyone because I figured I should be able to get results on my own and please don't be mad I'll figure out a way to get the info...

-she breaks off into a fairly intense coughing fit-

SN hadn't even noticed he'd been staring really, but suddenly the guy that had made a grande entrance was standing right in front of him and talking. He looked up, though his eyes were blocked from view, and he returned a surprised smile. "Oh! Um...sorry. My name's Teddie. Teddie Lace, but uh...J-Team tends to call me Super Nerd." He laughed gently, offering his hand out from beneath the poncho. "And you?"

Suddenly, a voice rang out between himself and the person talking to him, making SN take a leap backwards in surprise. "GEEZE!'

Queenie proceeded to crush the cup in her hand after seeing the even BIGGER entrance by these Phantom folks. "OH COME ON!" She cried, whacking herself in the head with her red and black fan.

Silas extended a hand to shake, being taken off guard by Phaz's dramatic entrance. He waited until it finished before finally shaking hands, "Captain Silas Grant. Team Asimov."

~You're really gonna stick with that title?~ Hacks asked.

"Yes I am Hacks. It's fun."

-Diane gasps in shock-

Diane: <Valiant Knight Skarmory is only the best superhero show to exist!>

Skye: <Oh boy here we go.>

Diane: <The show features Valiant, who as you can guess, is a Skarmory. He, along with Swellow, fights crime across the world, in a thrilling battle of wits and wonder against the greatest criminal mastermind of all — The Truck!>

Skye: <She's only been on a VKS kick the past few months, even though the show's been around for years.>

-Kaito sees Lina, and goes over to see her. Vierr, having nothing better to do, follows.-

Kaito: Hey, uh, Lina. Nice to see you again.

"You don't have to worry about anything, we're not here on business. We're two people at a party, any jobs we may have are far away," Silas reassured.

Hacks stepped forward, ~He's not even usually like this.~

Silas nodded and in a instant, his monotone had returned, "Usually this is my normal tone of voice."

Diane: <I know, right? And they just announced the development of a movie, and hhhhhhhhhhh I'm so excited!!!!>

Kaito: So, uh, I dunno if you saw what happened at the League, but Alli's kinda down in the dumps about it. I think a hug and some encouraging words from you might be better received than from me at the moment.

-They gesture vaguely in Alli's direction.-

At the mention of someone being a little down, Sylveon perked up. She turned to her trainer who was leaning against a wall, drowning out the world with the song inspiring his character. Colton nodded to her and she approached Alli.

<What’s eating at you?> She asked her, reaching a feeler to her.

Sora: How can I partake in this Valiant Knight Skarmory?

Lina: ...I saw. You really think I should give it a shot?
