Alli: Well the fight certainly doesn't stop here!
-Kaito's smile turns to a smirk-
Kaito: Of course. Wouldn't want to disappoint you when we've gotten this far. Time to say hello to an old friend!
-They throw the ball. Out comes a familiar black-coated, doglike Pokemon, a sharp, serious look on his face.-
Tartarus: <I never thought I'd ever end up somewhere like this.>
Kaito: We're a long way from Holon, that's for sure. Let's make this count!
-They hold up their Mega Ring, and a Houndoomite around Tartarus's neck glows in sync with it.-
-Tartarus howls as he transforms, and a bright ball of light illuminates the field.-
Alli: Holy... I wonder how Tanamo's doing.
-shakes her head-
Waddles, Earthquake!
Waddles: <Here we goooo>
-Sends a seismic shockwave at Tartarus. He snarls, but powers through the attack just fine.-
Tartarus: <Your time here is over!>
Kaito: Sludge Bomb!
-Tartarus launches a ball of toxic waste at Waddles at full force, wincing as Solar Power chips away at his health in the process.-
-Waddles is hit, and staggers... -
-Before poison damage makes him fall-
They've got you cornered now.
Alli: ...Keaton, it's all you!
-Sends him out-
Keaton: <Awoooo! Time to show you I'm the baddest dog in town!>
-Chucks a Stone Edge at Tartarus-
Tartarus: <Cocky little punk, aren't you?>
-He jumps out of the way of the Stone Edge, and fires a Will-O-Wisp at Keaton.-
-Keaton yelps as he is burnt, but closes in and delivers a Brick Break. This time, it does manage to hit.-
Tartarus: <Aaaargh!>
-Tartarus takes in the intense sunlight, narrows his eyes as Solar Power stings him, and fires a Solarbeam at Keaton-
-Keaton is blasted back by the Solarbeam, a good chunk of his health gone. Instead of looking distraught, however, he gives Alli a cocky grin-
Keaton: <Ready to give 'em the power of rock, Alli?>
Alli: -grins herself- <Rock and roll.>
-Keaton suddenly pulls out an electric guitar he starts playing as Alli activates her Z-Ring. A massive boulder is summoned that blots out Tartarus' sunlight before crashing down on him and shattering-

Cytosol; <What, I don't get to speak for myself?>
-she takes a moment to listen to PEFE!Every-
Cytosol: <She says she's probably going to have to go back to them anyway once she recovers. She had a couple sort-of-friends there, but she's not sure what's going to happen when she gets back.>
-she bounces in place irritably-
Cytosol: <Stop having so many emotions. It's hard to focus.>
PEFE!Every: This is not...convenient.
Amanita: Well, uh...okay then.
Ever: Have you tried polymorphing it?
Amanita: Wrong game.
Ever: It's close enough.

-The debris scatters, and the dust clears…-
-Showing Tartarus struggling to stand.-
Tartarus: <...Do you… ever… take anything SERIOUSLY?! >
-Kaito's eyes widen. Something in Tartarus's aura flares up and grows dark as the Mega Evolution bond grows unstable, leaving Tartarus in a rage.-
Kaito: Tartarus—
-The rest of what Kaito says is drowned out by Tartarus unleashing a relentless Solarbeam directly at Keaton, forcing the beam to last way longer than usual and sapping away at his remaining health as he advances toward him.-
-Keaton is blasted back into the wall with tremendous force. He lurches forward, staggers.-
Keaton: <S-Sorry, Alli... I wanted you... to make it...>
-And collapses. Tartarus starts to take another step toward Keaton...-
Kaito: Tartarus, it's over. Stop.
-And Kaito takes the Mega Ring off their finger, tossing it onto the ground to break the Mega Evolution bond. Tartarus snarls as his form changes back against his will, but eventually calms down and collapses as well.-
Kaito: ...I'm sorry, Alli, that… that shouldn't have happened.

-Alli says nothing, just staring before recalling Keaton and running from the room, tears in her eyes.-

On top of the Ink Machine, there sat Petey, who proceeded to unleashed a massive discharge of electricity on one of the pipes, blowing it out and causing a massive burst of flame.
