Yeah, I didn't get what was happening there, but it looked just too crowded for my tastes.
Beldame and Skotos are back into their balls, Salamandra's out. Perhaps a Salazzle would get less suspicion.

   Salamandra:    <We could have started a free for all with little effort there.>

Beldame: To Salamandra only ~Try all you like, I'm not going to translate you for that.~

Seeing someone else with a Salandit on the route makes me think it wasn't really a bad choice.

Route 5

Youko stands outside the entrance to the Lush Jungle, talking to herself, her hands on her hips.

Youko: I mean, I've gotta go in there sometime, right? I hid it in there. Gods only know if its still there...

-A shiver runs down Shaun's spine. This thing seems - wrong. Whatever it is, it shouldn't exist.-

Shaun: "What the fuck?"

-Ace, Tsunami, and Jessica all step protectively in front of Shaun.-

Ace: "What are you?"

Route 8

Ahe: Alright. I'll head back over to Ula'ula. I'm thinking that I'll find something in Po Town and that area.

Route 8

-Ludmilla tilts her head.-

Ludmilla: Ula'ula? Oh, that must be the next one I need to go to. I hope you find those bad guys before something really bad happens.

Ruins of Life - Past

-It glances at all of Shaun's teammates, and its eyes glitter with light for a brief moment-

-It looks around again- ⦕But it is still... insufficient. I need to find others. But for now, just now you have my most sincere thanks, and we will likely be meeting again before too long.⦖

-Its form ripples, and dissipates, leaving a painful silence in its absence-

-Ludmilla frowns.-

Ludmilla: I gotta do more trials here. I'm gonna do the one in the jungle next.

Route 5:

Filros: Suddenly coming close What should be here?

Ahe: Ah, okay. See you around, then. -To La and Ilya- I'm guessing you two wanna stick together? I'll be fine on my own.

Route 5

Youko: Huh? Oh, you know. Old memory capsule, sorta thing. Buried it as a kid, thought I'd come dig it up now.

Route 8

La: Oh, sure.

Ilya: All right...

Route 8

-Ludmilla nods.-

Ludmilla: I'll call my dad if I see any more guys in those grey pocket vests.

*Rumble rumble*

Ludmilla: ... I'm hungry. I'll see you guys later!

-She waves.-

Ludmilla: Bye new people! Bye cold dragon lady!

-She hops off, humming the jingle that plays whenever a malasada shop commercial runs.-

Route 8

-Ahe puts his chin in his hand-

Ahe: "Cold dragon lady?"

-Ahe turns to Ilya and points at her-

Ahe: I get it! You specialize in Ice and Dragon types!

-After about a minute, everyone relaxes except for Tsunami, who keeps her guard up.-

Shaun: "What the hell was that thing?"

Ace: "Something that shouldn't exist, that's what. What did it call itself? Chaos, the second Shard of Calamity, it said..."

Jessica: <It looked just like you, Shaun....>

Shaun: "I know. I feel...unclean. This is important. I don't know what it is, or why it's here, but this isn't just something to ignore."

-He looks around once more.-

Shaun: "The shrine isn't here. Let's go."

-He picks Jessica up, and Lightning and Ruby follow behind him. Ace and Tsunami also set off, but stay a ways back from the group.-

Ace: "I know I wasn't there for long, but were you reminded of-"

Tsunami: <Yes. Not now, though. Not until we're sure.>

-Ace stops to look at her, then nods. They continue walking, tense.-

Lush Jungle

-In the tall grass, a humanoid figure, identical to Shaun forms-

Chaos: ⦕Well then... time to start h҉u҉n҉t҉i҉n҉g҉.⦖

-The Shard slinks away, hiding itself in the shadows, preparing to watch, observe, grow.-

Route 5:

Filros: Oh, I see. Did you write down exactly where it was buried?

Youko: No, actually, which is why this is going to be a bit more difficult than I expected.

Route 8

Ilya: Oh, um, yes, you got me!

-As the group heads for Konikoni, Ace notices a hidden path off to the side.-

Ace: "Shaun, is this it? A path to the shrine, maybe?"

-Shaun looks back.-

Shaun: "Maybe. We'll come back later."

-They continue onward.-

Route 5:

Filros: "I see. Then" *Pops a Gliscor out of one of the balls* how about Digging?

Youko: Well, here's the thing. Are you doing the League run? Because otherwise, unless you've taken, or beaten the Island Challenge, you're not exactly allowed in there.

-Hajime and co are at the stone shop-

Hajime: "Jeez, I'm reminded a lot of you need Stones to evolve..."

Ocory: <I don't because I'm perfect the way I am.>

Rumba: <Sure, buddy.>

Buddy: <He's not Buddy, I am.>

Rumba: <That was only funny the first time you did it, man.>

Buddy: <At any rate, I should hopefully be ready to evolve soon.>

Nuzleaf!Haycorn: <Wonder if Yveltal would want a Shifty more than a Nuzleaf... Eh. I still need to talk to them about the courier thing now that I've evolved.>

-Hajime empties out a bit more from his wallet-

Hajime: "Well, look like I've got enough to get a lot of them for you now. Hopefully I'll stay light on the Stone Evos from here on out."

Route 8

Ahe: Yeah, I've always been pretty perceptive. I mean, it's not like you're the humanized form of a Kyurem mode-locked into White Kyurem from another universe where there's no humans. That's just crazy!

-Ahe pull out a piece of paper and scribbles something down on it. He hands the paper to La-

Ahe: That's my cell number. Call me when you find something.

-Ahe sends out Arashi and grabs onto her legs-

Ahe: Alright, Arashi. To Po Town!

-Arashi flies off. Ahe waves before holding on to Arashi's legs with both hands. Very quickly, Ahe and Arashi are just specks on the horizon-

Route 17

-Ahe lands directly in front of the Po Town gates and recalls Arashi. The gates are too rusted to open, although that doesn't matter, as something has already broken them down-

Ahe: -smirks- I think I've got something.

-Ahe enters through the gates into Po Town. Po Town is completely empty. The nigh-constant rain has dug water-filled trenches that travel across the entire town. Ahe sends out Aurora, Hadilla, Hele, a shiny Bagon, Typhoon, a Golduck, and a Golisopod-

Ahe: Alright, team, here's the deal: we're trying to find some guys in gray cargo jackets with lots of pockets. I want us to split up to cover more ground. Aurora and Kappa, you two will be in a group. Hadilla and Gracie, you two will be in a group. Hele goes alone, and Bagon and Typhoon are with me. When you find something, shoot an attack into the air. Everyone got that?

-The assembled Pokemon nod. Aurora and the Golduck, Kappa, walk to the left, Hadilla and the Golisopod, Gracie walk off to the right, Hele walks diagonally forward and left, and Ahe, Bagon, and Typhoon walk diagonally forward and right-

I'm breaking this up into multiple parts so there's not just one gigantic wall of text.
