Route 7, On the Beach, Night Time
Here on the beach is parked a strange vehicle. Somewhere in its lineage was an RV, but it looks a lot more complicated than that. It sits on Orren hovertech, and is covered in lines and hatches. It gives the distinct feeling that it could transform into something else at the drop of a hat. Mysterious machine, inscrutable and... honestly kinda dinghy? Like it's been cobbled together from the corpses of hundreds of other vehicles.
In front of it, sitting at a little campfire, sits a young woman. She seems to be about 21 years old, of Johtonian descent, her hair in a short pixie cut, brown with a slight tinge of natural red, and her skin darkened by the sun. She's wearing red board shorts and a black Alolan shirt with red hibiscuses, open over a white tank top.
She's cooking a hot dog on a stick.

The woman does indeed look up from her cooking, sees the Luxray, then goes back to tending the fire. Then her head whips back up as she does a double take.
"Well, huh. That's... not something you see around these parts."
She grabs an extra, hot sausage off the plate next to her, and waves it at the Pokemon.
"Hey, buddy! You lost? Is your trainer around here somewhere? You want some grub?"

Just before the Luxray speaks, the woman pulls out a bluetooth earpiece and puts it on. While the Pokemon is talking, she cocks her head, listening to the earpiece.
"Fair enough! It's just, you don't often see Luxray out in the wild 'round these parts. Was wondering if you'd lost a trainer. Here, eat up."
She tosses a hotdog at the Luxray.
Kaisei: "Oh, I was planning on just heading back to the Center in Royal Avenue and staying there for tonight."
-The Luxray catches and eats the hotdog-
