-near Dune, a young woman approaches. She still wears a plain black dress, even in the heat-

Cassie: Excuse me. Are you from around here?

Pyrite Town

-Dune's ears twitch and he half-turns.-

Dune: Hm? Oh, well, yes. Why?

-Ludmilla or said Rockruff may run into a Petilil-

Ace: "Well we already have a Fire, Water, and Electric type...perhaps an Esperon or Umbreon?"

Tsunami: <That would show that he's bonded..."

Shaun: "Shall we?"

-He releases Jasper from his ball.-

Jasper: <Huh? Am I here?>

-A ringing sound is heard as he looks at everyone. Jessica notices that it's coming from a Soothe Bell around his neck - her old bell, to be precise.-

Jessica: <Hello Jasper!>

Jasper: <Hello...>

-He spies Ace.-

<Hey, who are you?>

Ace: "Don't recognize me? Perhaps if you looked closely at my hair then around the room..."

-A look of realization dawns on his face.-

Jasper: <Ace...?>

-Ace smirks, which is a thing he can do now.-

Ace: "The one and only?"

Jasper: <How?>

-Ludmilla does indeed find the Petilil.-

Ludmilla: You! You look like Auntie Anja. Have you seen a Rockruff around here lately? Has a blue collar on?

-She appears to be radiating a sense of almost parental-like panic.-

Petilil: <Hm... I believe I saw one a bit ago, yes. Not sure whether they had a collar, but they were the only one I saw, at least.>

Ludmilla: Okay thank!

-She runs off.-

-She quickly runs back.-

Ludmilla: Which way did he go?

Pyrite Town

-the young woman nods-

Cassie: I see. Well, I've recently arrived here-for, ah, missionary efforts. And I'm trying to figure out someplace to be where I'm least likely to be killed.

Petilil: <I believe it was that way.>

-She indicates a direction slightly different from the one Ludmilla went running off in-

Pyrite Town

Dune: Ah... hah.

-Dune taps his chin.-

Dune: Honestly, if you're going to try such endeavors in Pyrite, your best chances are on the southern or eastern side of town. The north side of town is where all the battlers are, and the west side... well, don't head to the west side.

Wela Volcano Park

Ludmilla: Thank you!

-She runs off.-

-A tired, wheezing, and sweaty Chansey runs up as Ludmilla takes off again.-

Doomsday: <I ju... I just... god freaking... stupid... girl... hoo I need to do some cardio... hoo... hoo...>

-She nearly collapses near the Petilil, balancing herself against a rock.-

Doomsday: <She... Girl... purple eyes... ran past here...?>

Petilil: <Indeed. Looking for a Rockruff. She headed that way.>

-She gives an indication-

<Though... I suppose you need to catch your breath?>

Wela Volcano Park

-Doomsday's hand slips and she falls flat on her face.-

Doomsday: <Yeeeeeeeeeeees...>

-She rolls over onto her back.-

Doomsday: <What's a Grass-Type like you doing here, anyway? I've ran into a ton of those stupid fire lizards here.>

Petilil: <Well, I heard there was a mountain with an observatory and wanted to visit it.>

Pyrite Town

Cassie: I see. And...Phenac. I assume that there's more people there?

Wela Volcano Park

Doomsday: <Oh, crap, there's an observatory up there?>

Cid: <Not quite.>

-The begoggled Jolteon hops onto Doomsday's round Chansey belly.-

Doomsday: <Please get off of me.>

Cid: <I'm afraid to say that if you're looking for the observatory, it's on Mount Hokulani, on Ula'ula Island.>

Doomsday: <Seriously. Please. Get off.>

Phenac City

Dune: Oh yeah. After they shut down the mine here and reinstated the colosseum there, the population discrepancy is, I dunno, a good three to one now? Jobs and all.

-As Lisa and Sholto wander, a Butterfree greets them-

Butterfree: <Oh, hello! Don't think I've seen you around before.>

Sholto: <Oh, yeah. We got here a bit ago.>

Butterfree: <Oh, well, hope you enjoy it here. And if you need any music supplies for whatever reason, I'd be happy to provide them.>

Lisa: <Music, you said?>

Butterfree: <Yeah, I run a shop.>

Lisa: <Hm... well, aside from personal interest, we could use that for the planning...>

Sholto: <Oh, yeah, true!>

<Granted, we do still need to find a location.>

Lisa: <Hrm, would you be opposed to splitting up? I look into the music, you look for the location? You seem to have an idea, at least.>

Sholto: <Sure! I'm sure you'll come up with something nice!>

Lisa: <You as well.>

-She heads off with the Butterfree while Sholto goes looking elsewhere-

Petilil: <Hrm, that's a shame.>

<Still, this place has been an interesting distraction, and I was able to assist some people.>

Psyche answers and gives Ren a look. She signs: Look, I don't know what you're expecting trying to talk to a deaf girl over the phone.

-Jasper has just been caught up on the events of the past few days.-

Jasper: <Now that that's out of the way, I would like to apologize to all of you. Even though I felt ignored, I shouldn't have been so mean and rude. I'm sorry.>

Ace: "Well you owned up to it, which is a tough thing to do."

Jessica: <It's ok, Jasper! We can still be friends!>

[blue: Tsunami]]: <I forgive you. Just watch it in the future.>

Lighting: <Oh, it's okay.>

Ruby: <It's quite alright.>

Shaun: "Jasper, it's okay. I understand why you did that, and I hope we can work better together in the future. Now, who wants sandwiches?"

Jessica: <Oh, and soda and cookies!>

-Psyche will notice Ren's eyes appear to be reading something on his end before chuckling.-

-Then as Ren responds, Psyche will see flying text of what Ren is saying appear on the transferred image.-

Ren: Quite a bit, actually. Gamma is translating for me. And I hope he transmitting text for you to read on your end as well.

Impressive! I dread having to drudge through her Dungeon to unlock it 'properly' of course...

-He shrugs and silently commands his Persona to just continue striking and slashing, though this time at the summoned Personae-

Angelica: <Ooh, drums sound fun. Let's do those!>

Cid: <Thank you for that.>

-The Jolteon jumps off of Doomsday's stomach, causing her to suck in a lungful of air.-

Cid: <Ludmilla's been inconsolable since Gelert ran away. Gelert's the Rockruff.>

Dune: Just call me Dune, and no worries.

Petilil: <Ran away? Did... you mean like 'he doesn't want to be found' running away, or...>

Psyche blinks. I gotta get me one of those. Anyway, what's up?
