Looker: Well, you could if you had the money for. I guess you don't?
Phaz: the most sarcastically he can say thoses words H-how did you found out?
Looker: Well, there is an alternative, but I'm not sure you are going to like this.
Phaz: A-and that is?
Looker: Since i've found out with this notebook that you aren't, in fact, a criminal trying to gain drugs to sell, it can safely be assumed that the one who started this mayhem is still in the open.
Phaz: A-and you would like me to c-capture that guy?
Looker: Oh, of course, it's not only partly because you've utterly scratched that portal machine. Inspecting this notebook i see that, beside making accurate sketches of thoses Beasts, you had reflexes that helped you survive in this, like making a map and all. So what i offer you is that you'll go on exploration in the Ultra Beast's world, mapping the place around to help the task force when we'll go catch this criminal. If you ever cross paths with this man, you'll probably be in a situation of fight or flight, so... yeah.
Phaz: I-I suppose i don't have a choice?
Looker: smiling weakly I'm afraid no, sorry.
Phaz: *sighs* Give me a break...
Looker: Of course, it'll not be today. I'll leave you some time for my superiors to evaluate my plans. But I guess it'll be accepted.
He starts leaving the place
but stops for a minute
Looker: Oh, i almost forgot. You won't have the portal opener. It seems logical, since we don't want it to fall under that criminal's hands.
Phaz: I don't have a choice a-anyway, so what gives?
Looker: I guess you have this. I'll contact you in a week. If you wanna have some people coming with you, you'll need to tell before being send.
Phaz: I guess for the moment being it will only be my Pokemons.
Looker starts leaving

Phaz: The handcuffs!
Looker: Oh, yeah, sorry. You are free to go.
he uncuffs Phaz, who massages his wrists a bit

Phaz: ...Do you think there is a possibility my Pokemons are stuck in that dimention?
Looker: Seeing how you went in with and out without them, it has a chance.
Phaz smiles, weakly, hope in his eyes.
Phaz: Good. Next week, uh? Where?
Looker: I'll send you a message.
Phaz: O-okay.
Looker leaves the room, taking Phaz's notebook. Phaz stays a bit, to think about what he'll need to do.
He leaves.
Phaz: -thinking- I'll need some rope, food, camping material, and a new notebook.
Akala, Heahea City, Streets
Phaz is sitting on a bench, drinking an Iced Tea from a bottle and eating a Marine-colored Pokebean, still weakly smiling.
Volta: >I hope we'll be able to find Cynthia and Ashley, if they are in there.
Phaz: Don't worry Volta. I have a feeling that they are.
Embry: chewing on a brown Pokebean<I hope they are alright...>
Phaz: I'm sure they are more than capable of dealing with theses problems without me for a bit...
